I struggled to find the in-room dining info until I called and was pointed to the QR Codes. The TV guide isn't very helpful (shows channel but not what's on it). I was there for a conference and the food was very delicious. Parking fee seems pretty steep but I guess that's downtown for you!

The beds were VERY soft for my personal taste. The room was lovely and I was really impressed with the door in the bathroom that goes from the main door to the toilet room (haven't seen that before in my travels!)

The ice machine was broken on the 12th floor the entire stay.

The staff was professional and very helpful. Housekeeping on the 12 th fl floor was excellent. Our African-American blonde waitress in the dining room for breakfast was very engaging! Our Spa service was an A. Massage and facial 4 + We both enjoyed the surroundings. Very relaxing Overall, we had a 9 rated stay. Would recommend without hesitation.

I could not find the breakfast, despite paying extra for it to be included and no staff member pointed me in the right direction for this. The evening check in guy was incredibly rude and also very hard to hear and seemed annoyed when I asked him to repeat several times. He also did not give me instructions on getting to my room and I ended up on the parking garage elevator. The other types of hotel guests were not necessarily corporate and were a bit loud and disruptive even during late night hours.

The facility was in a convenient location and was nicely done. The valets were very nice and friendly and were the best of all the staff.

No microwave and couldn’t use the refrigerator.. Paying for parking everyday thought that should be included based on how much it cost to stay or at least a flat rate n not per day

The valet workers was so friendly from the time I pulled up til I got out the car they made my birthday..the lady valet worker was even giving me recommendations to go to..Staff was overall pleasant and helpful had me laughing.The robe was loved and room very nice

Had 2 rooms and the 2nd room we had to wait almost 3 hours to check in the room which was almost 7pm Couldn’t watch apps from tv like Netflix , tv needs to be updated Didn’t provide any complimentary meals/breakfast with all the money spent.

Staff were so nice ! They all were very helpful with our bags and valet was wonderful! It did take a little time to get my car down but with how busy they were that’s to be expected. Will definitely be returning.

noise and other guests. it's a party place. music shook room till club? closed then people screaming in middle of night. during day the pool the seems to be able to pool rented to random people not staying at hotel. the staff at restaurant seemed frustrated by party people but took frustration out on me and my kids. if we didn't prepay would have left after one sleepless night. it was that bad to bring kids too.

some teens came to the pool with airsoft guns. they were shooting each other and hitting guest and the security didn’t ask them to leave but we got stopped from bringing tumblers into the pool area. some complaints went unanswered.

everything was great except the room had a bad odor, we had to run the air-conditioning every day to help air out the room, it's possible the guest before either smoked or had pets and the carpet and couch were not cleaned afterwards

Room, cleanliness staff everything was perfect. The staff really helped us move around and give us good spots to go to. We will surely visit again. We highly recommend this place and enjoyed ourselves.
