Parking was limited on site especially during the day when day sharers were in the fun pool area. Space in the reception area was limited and at times backed up when more than 3 families were checking in. Entrance to the resort was backed up when more than 5 vehicles were checking in or out. Prices at the Tiki lounge for food and drinks were steep other than happy hours from 12 - 1p and 6 to 7p. Shower water pressure was weak. Be ware of the extra costs for beach chairs, umbrellas and other items. BBQ self ignitor units near the Tiki lounge did not work which required maintenance to use a lighter for safety causing cooking delays.

Room and facility cleanliness was superb except for the pigeon poop on the handrails to the 2nd Fl of Bldg 1. Access to the private beach was a very short walk. Rooms had sufficient cooking utensils for those cooking in. Staff were accommodating at all times and very friendly. Dave, a military veteran who has worked there for 8 years as a maintenance tech was recognized for his helpfulness and friendliness.

Too much extra printed documentation. Nice but took a lot of time to get explanations which for 2 night stay could be limited. No information pre arrival that part of the water area is under contraction and it is out of order. This information could convince us to change the location. Lot of noise from the construction site team rebuilding the water park just outside our doors. But I guess this will improve the area for future. Would be nice to be informed in advance to make right decision.

Parking was limited, but we always managed to find a space reasonably close to our room.

Room was very clean and had everything that we needed. Pool and water features were very nice and not very crowded. Office staff was friendly and welcoming. Beach was very nice and had good access and amenities.

Had children's activities, some were free some were not. Thought I was getting beachfront. It was close. Great service when requesting towels, etc.

The beds were very firm. This may not be a problem for everyone, but it definitely made for a more difficult night of sleep. We also had an outside facing room and all of the swimming is in the middle of the resort, and the way in wasn't super well labeled, but easy enough to navigate.

I liked the space in the room and having 2 bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the swimming area and the food at the tiki bar was great. The hostess at the bar was also very friendly. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach.

No porch. Gap under front door a rat could get in. Having to pay for umbrella and chairs. Parking was greatest. The pier sucked. Couldn’t take an empty cup onto the pier. Need more food at the bar.

No elevator. Wish the units had washer and dryer in them. Also our stand up bathroom leaked every time we showered (doors were put on the wrong way) lol

Loved all the pools, lazy river, water park. The room was big and clean. Tiki bar was fantastic. Location to the beach was good. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

I love the room, there was a bit of a chemical smell of some sort that was very strong and it did not smell like cleaning products, other than that everything was fine. The main big pool water seemed a little murky a couple mornings. We would have enjoyed having breakfast options onsite. We would have enjoyed possibly having milk and cereal as options to purchase in the hotel store. I did not like the fact that there was not an elevator to get to the second floor.

I loved the attentiveness of the staff, better than anywhere else I have stayed. I also loved the cleanliness of the property, that was very important to me and so was the upkeep of the rooms and property. I felt very comfortable and at home during our stay!!!!! The kids and the adults loved all of the water features. I enjoyed having activities right on site and we loved being able to walk to the beach.

The negative is the parking. Very small parking spots that don’t fit todays super sized SUV’s and trucks.

The rooms are great. Clean and had everything you needed. Including pots and pans, utensils, some cooking utensils and dishes. Pools were great. Unless you were in building 7 you did have to walk across a street To get the beach but it was a short walk and safe. If you are in building 7, you would then have a walk to the pool and tiki bar area. Lots of activities for kids including staff led games and crafts.

The Wi-fi was terrible, I could not get on from my computer and I use LTE on my phone. There was no way to "purchase" a wifi plan and that was frustrating because I would have paid for it. TV also had some difficulty working but not sure if the internet had anything to do with it.

Pool area was great the water falls and lazy river was the best. The hotel room was up dated, the beds were comfortable. The Beach area was nice, though you could not see a view of it from the hotel.
