Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe hotel smelled bad. The room was not as nice as the lobby. Slightly dated, was hoping for more.
Loved the quality of the robe and the bathroom products.

United States of AmericaMy complaint was the quality of the room. Furniture and TV were outdated. The credenza of the TV where the minibar is located had doors falling off as well as in the closet area. Headboards are dated. Just expected more — especially after you see the beautiful remodeled lobby.
The staff were quite nice and attentive and I love the location of the property.

United KingdomCheck in - Took 2-3 hours to get the bags to the room and the delay was unacceptable. A complaint was made to the management and a bar credit was applied, but the overall service in this area was poor.
The hotel is clean and up to the standard expected. The facilites are excellent and the bars and restaurants are good.

SwitzerlandThe service for a five star hotel was not as expected. I would say it was bad but they could be more friendly and attentive. At the time we were there they renovated the Lobby and we had to take a 5 min walk to get to the upper lobby and to our room. I hope that will change when they are done renovating.
I would say this is one of the best and most affordable hotels in Las Vegas. Especially as a family and non smoker this was the right hotel to choose. In my perspective its a huge plus that the hotel doesn’t have a Casino, its more quiet and doesn’t smell as bad. The Waldorf Astoria is one of the newer hotel in the area and worth its money when you compare it with the old hug hotels around.(MGM/ Caesar Palace). The view and room of the hotel were amazing. The bathtub was stunning!

SwitzerlandThe fact that the lobby was under construction and I was woken up every day around 7 or 8am because of the extremely loud construction noise. They should not use the rooms for the guests where we can hear everything during the construction.
The extremely kind and sweet staff The pool and the spa The room was really clean and the equipments were functioning nicely The location, far enough of the strip to be relaxed but close enough of the others hotels/shops/casinos of the strip

ItalyThe hotel is under construction, so the lobby is closed, and they moved the lobby to the 23rd floor, it's kinda confusing to get into when you first arrive. Also, because of the construction, you have to navigate two sets of elevators just to get in/out of the building.
Wondering non-Casino hotel on the north end of the LV strip. It's in a great location and the hotel is on the smaller side, so it's easy to get in and out of your room. Pool is great, Sky Bar is neat and they have a nice fitness studio. The rooms are very nice and well appointed with comfortable beds and HUGE bathrooms.

United States of Americacurrently weird entry
We went to Vegas for a Bruno Mars concert which was right next door. It is definitely upscale from most hotels in Vegas. Riggt now, however, they are doing major renovations to the lobby and entrance and since the hotel already is sandwiched into an office building. it is a little awkward. Staff, however was great. We got a corner suite and they had sevvice 2-3 times a day and did this Swan thing with the towels which my wife loved! Very nice room.

United KingdomIt is now a bit old and getting from the street to your room requires changing elevators and walking a bit. I had to stay one extra night, but was still forced to move rooms as the room I was in was apparently going to undergo maintenance. In fairness my rate was reduced because of this. The toilet in the new room did not flush brilliantly. Some of the staff were not particularly efficient or friendly. I did like housekeeping and the concierge though.
The property was very well located for work. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

United KingdomThe car that was booked by the concierge to pick us up from the airport could have been better. The driver was a slim lady who was not able to lift our suitcases into the vehicle. After a long flight, you don't want to have to lift heavy luggage yourself. Then after requesting rooms that interconnected and as high as possible we only got the 12th floor which was lower than the lobby. After staying in the original Mandarin Oriental in 2014 I expected the same level of service and standards. But I feel it has somewhat lost some of the standards of the Mandarin Oriental. Possibly some upgrades to the decor is needed. The coffee cups were not replaced after being taken away for washing.
Location is perfect for being away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip to get over a long flight from the UK, yet still close enough to enjoy what Vegas has to offer. Breakfast in the restaurant is superb. The fruit platter is still the best since the Mandarin Oriental days. Family of 6 (Mum, Dad & 4 children ages 15, 13, 11 & 8) they managed to put us in 2 interconnecting rooms as requested.

United States of AmericaThe view of the Strip from our corner suite was fantastic. A word of caution however, if you are looking for a more tranquil environment (especially at night), advise asking for a City view suite which will not be as noisy as the Strip view.
Perfect location on the strip if you are attending a show at Dolby Theater. We were upgraded to a corner suite, which was very roomy. The pools/outdoor spa are sheltered from the wind and the poolside service staff was exceptional.

United States of AmericaIt was our second stay. The hotel itself doesn’t have a variety of restaurants. We had an issue with a member of the staff, manager didn’t seem interested to resolve the issue. No space in the fringe in the room, I guess like in any hotel in Vegas. Hotel itself is nice, caring about customers could be better
