    The key pad on the front door needs upgrading. The numbers don’t catch all the time and it takes several attempts to open the door at times.

    Horrific I did not stay at The Walkabout tower suite

    The room that we rented did not match the internet images from the website. The unit had a horrible smell. Access to the unit did not function properly. No management on site. The contact number on the premises was out of order. The unit was situated next to a very loud bar atmosphere, Once I was able to enter the unit I immediately felt as though it was a mistake or we had been DUPED!!! Even worse there was no adequate parking. We would have to find our own parking (several blocks away) at an additional cost to us. The furnishings were worn and not like the images on your website. In conversation with the bar server they informed me that the facility is exclusively AirBnB and the units did not typically rent for anything near what we paid $904 for 2 night stay. We left the facility immediately and sought alternate accommodations at great cost to us. Also we were charged $125 for cleaning which was not necessary because we only entered the unit momentarily. Based on our experience, I am requesting a full refund. I also spoke with several agents for Booking.com fully disclosing the full scenario. Their response was inadequate. Furthermore, their written request to the owner for a refund was portrayed as a personal issue--ridiculous. I am placing the blame squarely on Booking.com because after looking at the AirBnb site your images were extremely misleading. I am prepared to do whatever it takes to have this horrible experience resolved in my favor. Jeffrey J. Meese
