They did scheduled maintenance in the middle of the afternoon and we had no access to water in our room for over an hour after the “scheduled” time which was not pleasant and made our anniversary trip not as enjoyable since we did not have any running water to take a shower or even clean up properly for our dinner date.

The pool is nice and the hotel is walking distance to Epcot :)

Paying such a high price to park our car after paying so much to stay in the hotel was ridiculous.

My request for a room location was granted. Since we were there for only one night, we took advantage of the Valet parking. The King size bed room was spacious. I liked having a vanity separate from the bathroom. We would definitely stay again.

Fees. Disney will no longer charge for parking. This hotel should follow that direction. There’s no reasonable reason to charge parking at this hotel. With the $40 resort fee on top of that I felt it was price gouging. No other explanation for it!

shops weren’t open early morning or later at night when we returned from the parks. The shops also did not offer supplies for a cold and other drug store things that a traveler may have forgotten ie: toothbrush, toothpaste, brush.

No coffee lids in the rooms. I even asked for some thinking they just weren’t refilled, but lids never came.

They bus system to the other parks, not easy.

Location, right next to two parks. Pricy but it was worth it. We did not eat at the hotel. The staff at the store in the lobby were great. They were able to get us in to a Disney restaurant.

park buses aren’t as convenient as other resorts. the magic kingdom bud doesn’t go to the park gates, only to the ticketing center. We would walk next door and catch the Boardwalk buses.

Only negative was the hallway carpet on 5th floor was worn and unattractive, and it was super cold in common areas.

Room was large, comfortable, and we were upgraded to a balcony room. Meals were great on property. Dinner at Il Mulino, Breakfast at Garden Grove (best waffle ever!) and Amare, and ice cream treats at The Fountain. Housekeeping staff helpful and efficient. Left a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday! Bellhop Jalen was wonderful also. Easy access to Epcot via Ferry and Disney Springs via shuttle. Service at Mandarin Spa was also nice. Hotel property was immaculate and service was accommodating. My husband wants to return for his birthday!

The store/coffee shop closed very early, that was inconvenient. Also for a non smoking resort there were a LOT of people walking around the outside of the Swan and Dolphin smoking. Being on the second floor meant we could often smell it. Not very classy. We had to make sure our sliding glass door was shut all the time or we could smell cigarettes. Also, the endless conference goers that pour into the Swan/Dolphin can be a real bummer if you are there for a Disney trip. They pack the bar at the Dolphin and it feels more like a meat market than a Disney resort. The Swan is a little better but still feels very business like at times. If you can afford the Disney resorts stay there. It's much better for families.

Drapes had something splashed on the outside and were in need of serious cleaning and we had to take the drain stopper out due to disgusting hair clog for it to drain

the quick breakfast to go options are great but for our 4 day stay I found them limited. perhaps they can add another restaurant with more breakfast options.

location! it’s conveniently located with direct access to Epcot through ferry. the operators of the ferry are such incredible gentlemen. very friendly and patient with the crowd.

The beds were really sunken and uncomfortable.

Location is excellent. shuttles & other options to Disney parks are amazing. restaurants are 10 out of 10. Disney planning service center is amazing & helpful.

I booked a resort view and aI couldn’t see much since I was on the second floor. Not all front desk staff was friendly. Hotel ran out of creamer. Staff did not refill body wash.

Man at the front desk wasn’t the friendliest. Body wash in bathroom was not refilled after they had come in for cleaning, something that they should check. my husband was leaving for golf and couldn’t make his coffee as they did not leave any creamer in the room. I asked the cleaning ladies and they said they didn’t have any. Rug in the hallways looks dirty.

I loved the property location. which I would have known about the dueling pianos on the board walk.
