Only thing I hear that could be a negative is my son wished there were more slides around the pool. Aside from that it was everything we dreamed and more.

Staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel was super clean and well groomed. Room was perfect and the beds were plenty comfortable.

Little things were annoying. There was no microwave in the room which made it impossible to reheat food or drinks. We had no washcloths in our room upon arrival nor did we haveblankets for the pullout bed. The USB outlets in the room were pretty crappy and only worked if the cords were held in a certain location. Quick service foods were EXPENSIVE and choices were limited.

King alcove room was large, clean and had a great view. The location, of course, is teriffic with the Disney boat being so close by. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. Staff was pleasant and lines were relatively short.

Pillows were too puffy.

Location and ability to use the boats as transport to assist with unwinding from a busy day of walking. Boat staff were very friendly.

Doors are very thin and any noise is easily heard. Adjoining room had loud talkers and were easily audible through the walll late at night. Would be a real issue with kids I’d assume. Anyways it seems to draw a convention and business type crowd given it’s attached to a convention center but just figured people should know that it was quite busy w professionals partying about.

Excellent location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios with more affordable access to the Disney Boardwalk area and the Friendship boat circuit. Really great food options right on site including coffee shop called Java. Use the mobile app to order ahead! Life saver in the AM

$35 car park fee overnight when Disney hotels have cancelled that now

it was the first time for me to stay in the swan, I really loved the place , first you have a lot of restaurants in the hotel in addition to access to the dolphin restaurants too there are shuttle buses to take you to magic and animal kingdom and Disney springs , also a boat to take you to epicot and the boardwalk epicot is also a walking distance if you like , the hotel itself is clean , my check in was so easy and the staff were wonderful you can’t also beat the price in this area I would love to go back every time I go to Disney

It is no longer part of the Disney bus system, which means it’s own buses do not drop you at the same place as Disney buses. For example it drops at the Ticket Station rather than the Magic Kingdom entrance which is a bit of a pain. You have to pay £30 a day to park your car, which is real rip off. Finally the only place for a sit down breakfast at he Sean is currently closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The pillows in the room are garbage, can’t sleep on such pillows.

Buses from Magic Kingdom back to the hotel in were not frequent enough (at least in the evening).

Location was great with easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Additionally, there are many restaurants located on site.

Kimiko tried overcharging us and tried to guess at my pin (I got a notification whilst still sat at my table) it was sorted out but only because the transaction couldn’t go through without the PIN number. We were woken up at 2am with the shampoo and conditioner falling off the wall and crashing into the bath.

Close proximity to the parks & boardwalk Java was excellent value and well needed.

We had a great experience! The Swan is a great place to stay!

The room was clean and the location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was excellent. The ticket and attraction salesman working in the Disney store in the Swan hotel was very polite and helpful. He put all three of our park tickets on one card each for my husband and I. So much easier to keep up with.
