Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

New ZealandBathrooms are acceptable but a bit of a mission to go to the loo in the middle of the night
Fantastic location and a great escape from the craziness of Vegas. Close to the Canyon so very convenient for a day trip to do some walks.

United States of AmericaI requested a tent close to the bathrooms and was assured by text that it would be fine. When arriving i was told that they couldn't accommodate my request and that the people texting me can't guarantee that. More communication needs to be done between these two parties. Our tent was one of the furthest away from the bathrooms. A 5 minute walk or 30 second drive. When arriving at the bathrooms there was a 50% chance you had to wait 5-10 minutes or more. You really need more bathrooms! The road getting there is one of the worst dirt roads I've driven on. It needs major maintenance! We saw multiple people with flat tires at the camp.
We loved the soft beds and warm bedding. All of the employees I talked to were very nice.

United KingdomThe pictures are a lot better than what you get, realistically, it’s more like camping than glamping, mosquito city, freezing cold and a bit dirty, no hot water either
Location was brilliant! 30 mins from Grand Canyon, the people there were friendly and helpful!

Czech RepublicHeating only for 4hours possible per 20 USD. We were there at the time when night temperature was -1C. Finaly with a lit of nice blankets and carefully wearing a lot of layers we were not cool during night. There is only 5 bathrooms, which is not too much taking on consideration toilet is only at bathroom and one bathroom is for one person. We have chosen not good months, but we had, what we wanted.

Australia3 degree nights for us unfortunately and no gas camp heaters. These aren't expensive and would be a nice touch.. The cost is fairly high for what you get and having to pay for fire wood @ $10 Usd for a small bundle I felt was a bit stuff.
The beds.

NetherlandsThe sanitary is just very bad. There is a little trailer with four compartments. Each with a toilet AND shower together. So when you shower, you will be standing right next to a toilet with a lot of bacteria all over the floor. And when all four showers are in use, you have to wait very long to use the toilet. There are way to many guests for the sanitary facility.
The beds where amazingly comfortable. We booked together with friends and we got two tents right next to eachother with a big shared parking space right next to the tents. Entrance of the tent facing away from all other tents.

United States of AmericaThe drive up needs all weather tires! It says this in the description so this is to no fault of the camp, but I thought my 4WD Subaru would be fine and a sharp rock gave me a flat tire. The camp staff were so wonderful and we were able to be towed out in the morning but please only come here if you have appropriate tires or a good spare!
The staff were so lovely, the tents were really cute and the beds super comfy. We got a gorgeous view of the sunset and could see all the stars.

AustriaWe rented a radiator (which lasts around 4-5 hours) but unfortunately we were still very cold at night (we had around 0 degrees Celsius at the beginning of May). The bed and blankets were super comfortable though!
The camp was reachable through a bumpy road in the middle of nowhere but easy to find. Will checked us in and was extremely nice and welcoming. There are facilities to heat your food and drinks and firewood is provided against payment. Our highlight was a clear night sky where you could see many stars!

United KingdomMain (minor) downside was that all the toilets are also showers, this means in the morning we had to wait a while to use a toilet due to everyone showering. If possible if would be great to have a few toilets that are toilets only and don't have showers for quicker throughput. Also maybe if you could find a way to make the generator a bit quieter (i.e. put up some kind of screen around it or put it further from camp, that would be great).
Wander Camp was a very nice simple camping experience. The tent was spacious and the host was ready to greet us when we arrived at 8:30pm. The location was remote (2 miles down a gravel road from the main hwy) which made for a nice quiet experience.

TurkeyWe didnt like the 10pm rule for the fire but host was abit flexible about that, we understood with safety but time could have beem a little bit more for that but it was okey we dont complain about it. The thing we could complain is about the heaters, there are heaters however for winter spring times, this “add-on” should already been included in the price or already could be in the room so we dont have to carry it. They only last for 3-4 hours, we got additional tank however it was empty so it was quite cold 3 am in the night that we woke up, try to change the tank, got a suprise that was not working… Also we read comments about food truck, when we arrived there around 19/20 pm, we already had been eaten smt before arriving and glad we did because it was not working, next morning it was but we didnt had breakfast there because of our own schedule. Sometimes bathrooms run out of water so beware of that, but when that happens they provided water also. For one night stay except we got super cold in the late night, it was good experience
It was nice to see the stars and sit a while front of the fire

NetherlandsWe mist a place to comfortably hang out, a comfy chair at the tent and some shade would have been nice. Last is the fridge power supply, standing next to the fire pits and bbq area it makes a lot of noise, and doesn't add up to the camping feel
Lovely staff, a wonderful plays to get back to nature and some much needed rest. Beds are really comfy. Overall great stay.

United States of AmericaIt was unexpectedly cold (freezing at night) and that made it tough in the tent at night especially walking to the restroom. The tent is pretty large but not much space to put stuff, I. E. Wet towels, jackets.
We liked the location. About 25 minutes to the entrance of GC. The bed was comfortable and king sized. Pretty sunsets from the campground. Nice to have a great food truck right there!

CanadaThe bathroom facilities were adequate but in the morning there was no water coming from the taps and there were several of us wanting to wash up and get going. No-one was around to attend to this. It did get solved a while later but there was only a trickle. Although the dinner was tasty there was a very limited selection, basically 3 types of hamburger which were served with potato salad and baked beans. The drink selection consisted of soda pops. There were two small wobbly tables in the tent and we could have used a bigger table to put things on. We have camped in Africa and Morocco where the experience was a little more comfortable
It was a nice experience to have a camp night under the stars. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was warm enough for the cold temperature of 1 degree celsius overnight. The person who checked us in was very friendly and the cook in the food truck was also friendly. The meal which we had pre-paid was very tasty We ate it at one of several picnic tables provided. .
