Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

shower was excellent, comfortable bed. Lobby was comfortable. It was interesting to see how they renovated the hotel from being the Armstrong factory using products for the floors, walls Best part was my mother was the Industrial, ergonomic Nurse here when it was a factory..

No breakfast option. Except a place next door that did not open until 9 am. Some of the furniture were warned out. No microwave or coffee maker.
Very clean and friendly staff. It was quite. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked.

The room was comfortable but the bathroom toilet was too small with my knees hitting the toilet paper roll. The chair in the room needs replacing because of the worn out and torn fabric. Looked like someone tried to put duck tape on it.
Very convenient hotel in the amazing spooky nook basketball facility. Didn't have to leave the property for anything with a restaurant on site.

The rooms could be updated, the chair was falling apart as well as the dresser drawers. There was something splashed on the ceiling. I understand theres a lot of kids in and out of these rooms but I believe at a rate of $200-400/night the things that are broken can be replaced. Also, our room was directly above the reception desk so it was noisy all night long.
The property was great, we had a tournament at Spooky Nook so the location was great for that purpose. The staff were great and they made everything easy on us. Parking was also very easy.

I wish it had a coffee maker in the room.
The property was clean. The rooms were quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was extremely convenient because we were here for our daughter’s basketball game.

I did not realize until i arrived it was connected to sporting center. Which means tons of children. Was very noisy with children running and screaming through the hallways.

I do wish there was an indoor pool for the kids to swim in.
It is super convenient when you are there for a wrestling tournament. They can be long exhausting days and having a place to run back to in between matches and not have to leave the facility is key.

There weren't any microwaves in the rooms, but I suspected that had to do with the fact that there was a nice restaurant across the ways.
There were a lot of things to do just in the hotel building alone! They have a nice restaurant, an entertainment center/batting cages, and an arcade. It was overall an enjoyable experience and I will be back again, sometime down the line.

Bed was super hard, which my wife loved, but as a side sleeper caused some shoulder discomfort.
Accommodations and Staff was excellent. It was really nice being so close to the facilities at the Nook. And with access to the gym a nice bonus.

Access and hotel guest parking need to be improved greatly. We were not associated with any athletic activities at the adjacent event space and accessing the hotel was not at all convenient for us.

I liked it when you use to have drinking water by the desk. The “newness” is starting to wear off. I stayed in room 121 and there are many locations where the wallpaper is peeling and the door frame to the bathroom is full of rust.
