The location of the hotel was ok. At night however, when we walked home from dinner, we felt a little unsafe. I know this can't be helped in a city like Seattle but have your wits about you when walking around in the area. Parts of the hotel were very dated as well.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and took our bags the day of check-out while we roamed around. The sound insulation in the room was pretty good. I am a light sleeper and staying in cities can be very loud. Overall, it was a fine hotel to stay a night in Seattle.

The restaurant was terrible (both food and service), the rooms (I had 3) were not created equal. Outlets didn’t work, and there weren’t many to begin with. One room didn’t have a phone and one room had not been thoroughly clean.

The bar staff was either new or untrained. When I order a new beer, I expect that my glass is not reused but instead I get a new one.

Our floor did not have water for a day and we were not notified. That was a little disappointing ( the lack of communication)

On the first night, one of the two rooms we booked (2 queen sizes bedroom) was not available due to an incident - they redirected us towards another room which didn't have 2 beds, but a convertible sofa which wasn't the comfort you're looking for when you drove all day. On top of that, there was no hot water in some rooms due to another problem.

The location is fantastic, located at the central point in downtown Seattle. The personnel was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating regarding the issues we faced - They offered us the parking and the breakfast to compensate. There was an access to the swimming pool and a hot tub.

Cleaning of the rooms non-existent or sub-standard after the first 3 nights. No change despite the complaint to the reception staff.

Room had no rubbish bin, no complimentary toileteries and room was not cleaned on the 2nd day. Small room for a suit.

The hotel needs to work on fixing the bathrooms and the a house keeping needs to to better with the rooms are cleaned better. Don't wait and the guest leaves. The elevator floors was always wet so it was always telling the front that said the floor was wet from the pool downstairs so it should be like someone maintaining the elevators to make sure there's not a lot of water on the floor in the elevator so when you step on the elevator and you won't slip and fall also the weed was ridiculous on the floor that we stayed on the week was strong it was too it was ridiculous it was actually coming under the door you can actually hear the people in the next room making a whole lot of noise screaming hot and watching TV talking loud carrying on loud music like they was having a party that part I did not like and I think that that should have never happened even though we told the hotel staff I don't know what was done with it or with the matter of that but it was every day that we were there that that they were doing that so we don't know where the weed was coming from but we definitely know it was really bad on the floors that we stayed on.

The room was nice but the bathroom needs work. The wall paper was coming up around the toilet. The sink nobs was needed to have be fixed. We stayed four nights the room was nice but house keeping made the bed but the floor needs to be vacuumed and it never happens. The food in the restaurant was GREAT 😃 Randy was amazing he worked in the restaurant and was supposed nice. If want great service the eat their. The hotel is in a great place your really close to a lot of the main places. I will stay again.

Older property. Paint peeling, etc. The shampoo / conditioner in my room was empty. The shower didn't drain well so you stood in water while showering. No market close by. Water was $6 a bottle. Breakfast was disappointing.
