Pool smelled like Poop and no water fill station, not even in gym

The swimming pool was at the same temperature as almost the hot tub, and the pool and hottub smelled like butt young adults had bottles of liquor at the pool and everyone seemed to have had a little to much to drink

The beds were hard and the coffee maker was filthy. I had to wait until the restaurant opened to get coffee.

There is no more view of the space needle from the building. Room was a bit small and the princess balcony is a bit pointless. The room had stains and visible wear in the ceiling and seals of the room. The place is outdated, the parking sucks, it is one way in and out and no elevator, it was also an additional charge and quite expensive. Besides the view of the city and quietness, I honestly would not have otherwise spent that much money here to book again.

Location is good, staff tried to accommodate but lots of things were not clear.

The sink in the room didn’t drain water properly and the light fixture in the bathroom was flickering constantly. No one fixed it or was able to fix it over our stay despite multiple calls and reminders to housekeeping and front desk.

We arrived early at 2:30 and approached the front desk asking if it was possible for an early check in. The gentleman rudely told us that we were too early and that check in was at 4 and that we could take a seat in the waiting area beside the front desk. He did not offer anywhere to leave our luggage or anything else for that matter and abruptly ended the conversation. We politely walked away but thought we should ask where we could put our luggage so we decided to go back to the front desk and this time that gentleman was not there and a very pleasant woman was there to help us. We asked her where we could put our luggage since we needed to wait for availability. She looked a bit shocked and told us there was availability and we could check in early!! We were very happy and so was our daughter which gave her some pool time before we carried on with our evening.

Plastic cups given in the room is not environmental friendly. And the shower curtain in the bathroom kept coming apart.

I travelled with my 2 daughters that would have liked separate shampoo and conditioner, not combined. Also, regular soap not body wash for the shower. We really liked the hotel and our stay but those little fixes would have made our stay a 5 instead of the 4 my girls gave the Hotel.

Location was very central to Pike Place market and Climate Pledge Arena. Perfect for us. Also, Belltown has a lot of volume and variety when it comes to restaurants.

The only thing I could suggest is to include a bottle of body lotion in the bathroom. Body wash and shampoo/conditioner were nice but lotion would be appreciated as well for short stays.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and out easy. Available parking beside hotel. Convenient area. Able to accommodate bed preference. Really happy with the stay in general.

Bartender was rude and made comments out loud when I sent a terrible margarita that he made.I’ve drank a lot of margaritas n my time and this was right up there with the terrible one I had from Applebees.

The location of the hotel was ok. At night however, when we walked home from dinner, we felt a little unsafe. I know this can't be helped in a city like Seattle but have your wits about you when walking around in the area. Parts of the hotel were very dated as well.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and took our bags the day of check-out while we roamed around. The sound insulation in the room was pretty good. I am a light sleeper and staying in cities can be very loud. Overall, it was a fine hotel to stay a night in Seattle.

The restaurant was terrible (both food and service), the rooms (I had 3) were not created equal. Outlets didn’t work, and there weren’t many to begin with. One room didn’t have a phone and one room had not been thoroughly clean.

Our floor did not have water for a day and we were not notified. That was a little disappointing ( the lack of communication)

On the first night, one of the two rooms we booked (2 queen sizes bedroom) was not available due to an incident - they redirected us towards another room which didn't have 2 beds, but a convertible sofa which wasn't the comfort you're looking for when you drove all day. On top of that, there was no hot water in some rooms due to another problem.

The location is fantastic, located at the central point in downtown Seattle. The personnel was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating regarding the issues we faced - They offered us the parking and the breakfast to compensate. There was an access to the swimming pool and a hot tub.
