We had requested an early check in. The day before our arrival the early check in was confirmed. When we went to check in the concierge acted like she had never heard of such a request. She did begrudgingly hand us over the room fobs.

The apartment building itself was being renovated with paint tarps lining the hallways, but the apartment was great. It had two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen with an island and a separate dining table, the living room had two comfortable futon couches. The building was located in the middle of restaurant row with lots of delicious options.

This was a perfect setup for a family with three children. The location was perfect so we could easily walk to all museums and monuments. Along with being surrounded by amazing restaurants. No need to drive anywhere.

Perfect location - we were able to walk to all of the monument, museums, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It was terrific. Friendly team and staff that made our check-in very smooth, and the apartment was clean with no issues.

they were doing construction in the lobby and parking garage. it was kind of messy. also only one elevator working. the others out of order.

There was a mix up with the sofa bed and the staff was nice enough to bring a blowup mattress. However, in the middle of the night we found it deflated. Our main problem was the light from the courtyard. We were on the second floor and the lights hit directly into both bedrooms. Even with the shades pulled down, there were large gaps between the shades and windows, it was very bright in the rooms.

The location was great for anyone going to the museums and Capitol One Arena. The Metro was very close by and we were able to get to other locations around D.C very quickly. The apartment was very quiet and very clean. The pool was enjoyed by my kids and I was able to lap swim.

The only negative was the hot tub was cold. Obviously a little construction in the building wasn't ideal but I really didn't notice it after check in.

The apartment is amazing, very clean and modern with many useful additions (full kitchen supplies, extra bedding, laundry detergent etc). The building/floor was getting refreshed and the newer décor was amazing. The pool, gym, parking, and outdoor space was great and very useful. The location is second to none. Two blocks to the Capital Mall, lots of food around it etc.

renovations in the hallway made it smelly and the TV didn’t have a lot of the cable stations like MSNBC. The pool had too much chlorine and stung my kids eyes

Different elevators broke down during our stay so at times the wait could be long. The apartment complex is one large city block so check in and parking is on one street while closest entrance to the apartment is on another - can get a bit confusing.

Great location. Can walk to the National Mall and most sights. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Having access to (paid) parking was very helpful. Secure building.

This was a great apartment to stay with family. We loved the size of the space and a family of 4 was comfortable. The apartment is close to the main area attractions and there are plenty of places to eat steps away. We would definitely book this place again when we come back.

Terrible WIFI - couldn't even watch netflix. Endless buffering and start stop. Told owners and they said thanks for letting them know.... not sure anything will change. We missed local information folder. Would have helped to know where local supermarkets were or some recommendations for restaurants. Using internet to research instead was hampered by awful wifi. Maybe a little expensive on comparision with others.

Amazing location, so close to everything. Well equipped. Very clean. Comfy beds. Lots of towels. Excellent on site pool. Great free coffee and tea in reception. Very easy check-in as reception had a key folder.

We loved everything!

The apartment had simple and well-placed decorations that gave you a feeling of luxury but also comfortable at the same time. Everything was clean and furnished with all our basic needs. The location was perfect for us to travel on foot to all of our destinations with many dining options close by as well. The fact that a washer and dryer were included allowed us to travel with minimal supplies in a backpack rather than large luggage, which was amazing for us.

It doesn’t have anything to do with the property, but we rented an apartment with the kitchen because I was hoping to cook, but it turned out that the closest supermarket is about 20 minutes walk away. Someone else who plans to do the same might want to plan better.

The location is absolutely fantastic, close to all the museums and lots of restaurants around. My kids especially liked the pool after fool days of slow museum works. It was really quite during the night and we slept well.
