Very comfortable place. There is a cozy territory with a small but nice swimming pool. Close to the sea and markets and cafes. The staff is very nice and friendly.

I hate to say it…. But they had roaches and ants in the room. Lots of them… Also, in the sister property, the staffing is minimum. Can’t even find someone to ask for extra toilet paper. And that’s unfortunate because the property is well located and has lots of potential.

There are 2 locations, and guests don't know which one they'll be staying at until they check in at the main site. if coming by taxi, guests have to walk to the other location, about 15 minutes away. Inventory of items in the kitchen needs to be done. Very sparse cutlery etc. Other guests were unable to make coffee as the coffee maker filter was missing. Stove needed repair. Floor was very dirty with dustballs in abundance. Bring your own toilet paper as supply was limited!

Comfortable chairs on the outdoor passageway. Fairly quiet setting on a busy street. Walking distance to supermarket and drugstore.

we were sent to the second hotel when a girl in our group was injured and she couldn't walk so we had to walk 15 minutes with suitcases very disappointed from your part dirty swimming pool dust

We expected to stay at the main location right by the bandshell. It was the only reason we were in Miami and the only reason we booked the hotel. We found out through an email 48 hours before that the hotel could put us in an alternative location blocks away. When we arrived we were told that the hotel bumped us. We were beyond disappointed and tried our best to make the most of the vacation (which was a combined birthday and Christmas gift).

The room was nice. It was an apartment with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The bedroom was far from the road and very quiet.

The location was very good. The staff were super. The hotel is obviously older, but they are doing a good job of keeping it neat and clean and have decorated it very nicely.

Beds were soft and low! TV only had a few stations-local ones only.

Checkin was at their property 5 blocks away and this was not very clear in anything I received. So we had to check in at one property and because we had already sent our Uber away, get another Uber to the next property. But luckily it was only a few bucks. Ice machine was down which was a bummer. Washing mashine in our unit was down as well but luckilly I was t expecting one nor did I need one. I would definitely stay here again tho - just some things to know.

I loved the boutique feel of the property, and the room was a great value! Very spacious, had beach towels in addition to bath towels, a kitchen and dining area. Walking distance to beach, shops and dining.

The key room system. It fails twice.

Location great, value for the money good. Staff super friendly. You have a big supermarket steps from the place and you can cook simple meals in the apartment . Parking is challenging during the weekend, but you can park 3 blocks ahead is a public lot, from 10 pm until the early morning 7 am I believe, is free then you pay per hour. It has a pool. Water pressure in bathroom excellent. I’m happy with my stay I got a suit with kitchenette living room area dining private bathroom and bedroom.

The Front Desk/Reservations/Customer Service area could use some training on how not to be rude to customers and rather, be kind and welcoming to them as hotel guests...especially if it is the management and possibly could have been sole proprietors of the hotel. It's too bad, because that can RUIN an otherwise, great experience!

Kind of a hidden little motel, extremely close to the beach, buses and free trolley, plus most restaurants, small groceries, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. are within walking distance.
