Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was at the top end of my budget. Parking was a little awkward but these are minor things.
Very clean and comfortable. Nice sheets, well-stocked and good layout.

Nothing really, a balcony and breakfast would be the only things that could have made it any better!
This was our last stay of a 2 week road trip and one of our favorite stays of the trip. The newness, cleanliness and size of the apartment was very comforting and worth the value. I’m extremely picky about hotels as they kind of gross me out, but I didn’t want to leave this place! The girl at the desk was nice and helpful and the location is close to many restaurants and shopping. The apartment even had a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again!

I liked everything about this property and will return if I need a place to stay in the Meridian area.
This property was just what I needed—quiet, sparkling clean, comfortable and with attentive and kindly staff. The wonderful housecleaner noticed that I had forgotten my prescription sunglasses and ran out to my car to give them to me before I drove away.

Only thing wrong was a low buzzing in the corner of the room (#130). I think it was because of some electrical/machinery behind our wall. And, coffee maker was kind loud (was right behind us, may have been that alone).
Best fitness room we've seen yet! Someone knew what they were doing. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nothing not to like.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick. Property was clean, comfortable, quiet (except for some road noise), and had nice amenities like the fire pits.

Location out of center. Convenient for access off of freeway but not a pedestrian friendly environment.
Clean,fresh, well designed hotel. Good value. Impressed that room included a kitchen , washer dryer, generous sized bathroom and couch. efficient use of space. Finishes are good quality, modern and tasteful.

Some mechanical noises in the room at night. Wasnt sure what that was all about.
Checking in was a breeze, studio room was amazing with everything from a kitchenette to a washer and dryer. The village mall was minutes away, where food options and shopping was aplenty.

The mattress needs an upgrade. The rooms need better forced air. It was too hot.

Possibly some soap for the washer, but that is definitely not a need, more a convenience. Not much else that I didn't like. I guess the pillows could have been a little firmer, but that is a personal preference.
This place did not offer breakfast, but it came with a full kitchen to make your own breakfast and coffee. Loved having a suite and spacious room.

The only thing I would change is to have a bathtub in the rooms.

The location was perfect for us. The room was amazingly comfortable, clean, spacious, and well supplied. The staff was incredibly courteous and welcoming. I was a bit bummed that the heat prevented us from using the outdoor patio area but it looked really nice with the fire tables, corn hole area, and seating. I’m sure it gets used frequently when the weather cooperates.
