Bed mattress feel like bouncer lol and need to add small table next to mini fridge and microwave.

Too many sweet. It would be nice to have hot water ready for hot cocoa or cider or oatmeal. We don't drink coffee.

The door had a 1/2 inch opening in the bottom, the sound from other rooms is easily heard.need better breakfast.

The only complaints we had are small. Could use more than one garbage can, maybe one in the bathroom. More hangers in the closet, some kind of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and a towel holder by the sink,or clothes on and maybe a bigger table in the corner and perhaps a bigger tv. All of these are minor but they would be a nice touch

It was clean and looked like the room had been recently remodeled and it was done nicely . The location was great. Right across from the beach and there was no road noise. Loved having the keurig and the staff were all very nice. Also being so close to Nye beach is a definite plus.

ice machine was broken price was high I felt for the limited view while I waited to be checked in the desk clerk took a reservation while a had to wait and it was $30 or $40 cheaper for them with the same partial view double queen room and I am not counting in the dog fee because I would expect that to be more for us

Although breakfast was offered it consisted of doughnuts and breakfast bars. Coffee and juice was also available. We went to Stephanies cafe down the road for a hot cooked brekky instead.

Oyo Hotel was comfortable, affordable and in a great location. Its a short 5 minute walk down to Nye Beach. The pool and hot tub was a winner for the kids. There is a skate park across the road so make sure you pack your board or scooter.

It was shabby in that it looked like it hadn’t been maintained. The transformer for the power lines was blocking our view of the ocean, there was no mattress protector or pad which feels unsanitary so I asked for another fitted sheet.

The room was not well lit. There was no security latch on the door. The bathroom was quite small. Though the room was spacious,there were no surfaces to put things on. There was nothing nutritious at breakfast, just juice boxes and packages of sugar donuts.

We looked right onto the street and into the front row houses. And the walls were like cardboard - you could hear almost everything from your neighbors…

Dirty towel found behind bathroom door on arrival. Floor was dirty and sticky. No maid service. Bedding a bit thin.

Excellent location with Ocean view if you pay extra. Easy walk to dining/drinking would highly recommend nearby Italian restaurant.

Paid for aocean view and it was not that great of a view.. light in shower was not bright, beds were not comfortable, and the guy (when we arrives) at the first desk was rude because we were early but when we came back the second guy was very friendly.

The rooms are old but still updated. Other than that, for the price, you can't beat it!

I was under the impression that it was ON the beach. It was a couple blocks away, not a huge deal, but did seem worth noting.

I love Newport and this was in walking distance of the beach and restaurants.

I was not too fond of the fact that my king bed did not have a fitted sheet on it. The bed had the top sheet with a thin comforter and another top sheet on top of the comforter.

The host was great! The rooms are clean, cute, and up to date.
