Mattress was pretty broke down. Dining and breakfast was quite the hike from main hotel.

Complimentary breakfast would have been nice but didn’t try the restaurant so can’t speak for that breakfast option. Signage was bad and made finding the facility among all the other buildings in the vicinity a bit challenging, especially after dark.

Beautiful property, very clean and neat. Room and bath were clean and comfortable.Away from noise of the strip. Glad for the mini store.

The hotel was a little dated, and the air condition units in the rooms are extremely old and so weak. We had to change rooms twice to find a room with an air conditioner that worked.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved the location and atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were INCREDIBLE!!!! They deserve a five star rating!

The parking lot isn't the best with you having someone in a wheelchair. There is not enough handicap parking for a hotel this large. Most of the time, you had to park way too far away with someone who is handicap. Also, the pool area is very, very small for such a huge hotel.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job!

It had a shower stall, if you really like your baths you may want to choose another place. The restaurant was closed for maintenance the days we were there so I can't review it.

Coffee is in the lobby, the microwave is in the laundry room, but you have your own mini refrigerator. The meeting we were attending was in the auditorium on premise which is why it was the best location with a good price. It has a nice mini golf course, we played twice. The pool was closed for the winter when we were there. The Wi-Fi had no password so connection was constant and easy. The room had a coffee pot but I used the lobby machine instead.

/Their restaurant was closed for renovations, no notice before hand. Do not clean the rooms while you stay so had to constantly ask for trash bags to keep my room clean and organized. Also did not have a sign that it was the hotel had to go in and ask to make sure. The staff was wonderful and accommodating! Looks nothing like the pictures

the elevator is scary, the door opens and closes 2-3 times before it decides to close and move floors. There are no signs to the hotel so you don’t really know you’re in the right place. The front desk didn’t have laundry soap for the washers and limited supplies.

The down stairs area is nice to hang out and play games and the back yard is nice.

There wasn’t a indoor pool anymore. Evidently they sold off that part of the property. Also our room plus other areas of the hotel smell moldy and wet.

Took us forever to find the place, we checked in late so it was dark and we found NO signs directing us to the hotel and no signage on the hotel. Also the bedding felt like plastic.

It's impossible to reach them by phone. The whole experience was devoid of personal interaction. And it was frustrating too because I had to change the reservation and there's literally no number to call. They evidently got bought out by a bigger vacation rental property or something. And it's a good 15 to 20 minutes drive on windy roads to get to Branson or anywhere.

The splash splashatorium & heated indoor/outdoor pool was our main reason for coming back , and they no longer have rights to that. Probably will book elsewhere with our kid since why we booked several times in past was cuz a $100-ish hotel with this activity

Room was alright. Had to walk a ways to breakfast. and pay $11.00 each for it and was not very good.

One of our rooms had a musty/moldy smell. The other room had a leaky air conditioning unit that soaked the floor with water. The hotel had fans out in the hallway drying the carpets. The hotel appeared to have some severe water leak issues.

The rooms were a decent size and they were clean.

They advertised having a splash pad. The splash pad was undergoing maintenance and wasn’t even part of their hotel anymore, so their guests weren’t allowed to visit.
