The vents in the room were very dirty and there were no vending machines. With this location, you really need vending machines or at the least, a couple of free water bottles.

We only had 2 coffee mugs in the room and upon requesting more, was told that there none available.

The room was clean, services was speedy and we enjoyed the location.

Door was broken in our room and maintenance never came to fix. I asked 3 different times. It was letting bugs and cold air in. Rooms could use a good paint job or deep clean

There are a lack of food options. Food delivery can't get through and the resort doesn't offer room service. Restaurant is ok but some variety would be nice, especially since there is nothing else super close.

Loved the stocked kitchen and the room in general. Location is nice.

There needs to be improvement in the kitchen utensils. Include a crockpot for example.

Suite was dated and the sofa was old. General wear and tear on the unit was starting to show.

Pools areas were nice but the hot tub in mountain side was not working. No signage at the rock climbing indicating that you needed to book a time

Great spacious area- din’t put kids on upper floors / sounded like they were bowling all day above us- constantly running back and forth the length of the condo.

The bed too soft for one of us to get a very good night's sleep, the sofabed even less comfortable. The kitchen was great but the one medium sized pot we had was warped and wouldn't sit properly.

Having the Hyatt name and the price associated with it. I was surprised to see how outdated the rooms were. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on for any extended period because the cushions sink in at the front. The beds should be replaced and the linen could use some fabric softener.

The grounds are beautiful, and there’s plenty to do at the resort and nearby. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you will need for your stay.

The room could have been in better shape. The kitchen table wobbled, no measuring cups/spoons or large bowl to use for a salad or baking. The shudders in the windows had paint chipping and looked like they needed repairs. There was only one towel rack, this didn't leave enough space to hang towels to dry. If you want people to reuse their towels, they need a way for them to dry them.

The location was great. The pool and slide was fun. The room was spacious. There were many options of things to do.

Neither room was ready by check-in time of 4pm. One room was ready by 4.45, the other not until nearly 6pm. This is inconvenient when expecting a 4:00pm check in.

There isn't the same detail as there used to be. Since Hyatt took over things have become lax. There weren't enough towels, there wasn't a blanket for one of the beds, the coffee maker wouldn't work, there was no sponge to wash dishes. These things maybe small but they effect your stay.

I like the location and the grounds. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

No bottled water, phones were understaffed, coffee and tea were very poor quality. Wished all the pools were heated in cold weather.

Room was beautiful. View was amazing! Janelle in the restaurant was exceptional. However, host upon check-in was fabulous. Everyone was very friendly and quick to offer advice or a ride. The team seemed happy, just understaffed. So very clean.
