I’m not much of a complainer once I check in because my ultimate goal is to explore the city I’m visiting as much as possible. BUT the shower was only “cool” at around 7am. I had to kill a roach and the towels had so many strains of other guests hair. There’s no storage space so if you really like to unpack, it’s not available. Small details need to be attended to.

The location was great. Near a lot of quick food spots/gas station and easy to access the highway. For a king room the size was decent.

The room was very nice and clean the first night I spent the night I went into the bathroom the previous guest before me left their panties on the back of the bathroom door. On the second night my refrigerator would not stay closed I had to use a chair. My neighbors had a baby next most of the time they be would let the baby cry for a good few minutes I thought no one was in the room with the baby at be first the way how the baby was crying

The bed was comfortable.

Note: we did not speak or management or cleaning about or problems. The property was not given any chance to fix the problems we had, so please take out complaints with a grain of salt. Our room was not up to standard. Our dresser had a broken drawer, one drawer was missing entirely in the kitchenette area, the bathroom was a little dirty in the corners, we didn't get washcloths, our pillows were about 20" square couch pillows, and the biggest complaint we had: the floors were very sticky. We think it was the mopping liquid they used, but we had to wear our shoes in the hotel room because our socks would stick to the floor. AGAIN we didn't NOT talk to hotel staff about this, it was more of an inconvenience than a problem to make getting another room worth it. We saved a lot of money, and honestly felt extremely safe at this location. We would stay again if we had a tight budget, but take our complaints as a note. Bring real pillows, washcloths, and house shoes!! Worth a night or two stay, not much more though

The staff was extremely kind! They were quick to respond, very helpful, a cleaning employee was willing to go down from the 4fh floor to the first to fix our key instead of making us walk. We loved the staff, and if I was giving stars on staff alone they would get a 10/10

My room was clean but our bed wasn't made up with new sheets bathroom wasn't clean no remote to the tv I will not stay there again and had a pool but couldn't use it they said it was broken

Everything else. The smell of Marijuana is everywhere. Housekeeping on the 5th floor was horrible. The front desk was unprofessional talking with other guests and employees. Gunshots throughout the night. Floor of the room were sticky and dirty. I won't book here again.

The room that we had had roaches, they were crawling all in the bathroom all on the floor all along the wall we could not stay in the room, wind up, leaving as soon as we checked in.

only thing I liked about this property was the location from the airport.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, dirty and sketchy. Its convenience to the airport is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to go somewhere clean and where you feel safe.

Shower water was hot when it wanted to be Could hardly ever get housekeeping services even when I asked. Was there for a temp stay while roof had repairs. Towels only the first two days I stayed glad I brought my own.Had to keep asking for the toilet paper the housekeeper was "bringing right back".Not worth the price at all. It served its purpose for emergency needs that's it. Shuttle was out of service for a few days,no alternative or notice to guest.

Coffee should. Always be available some kind of reward for long stays and upgrade the room disinfect for roaches staff could be a little more efficient!

The room needs repair I was there for a month due to family emergency I was disappointed by the complementary things such as coffee and tea almost never available the room had roaches ( due to emergency situation we had to stay there) the sink kept getting stopped up as well as toilet kept stopping up and leaking maintenance never came to fix housekeeping very slow about giving out clean linen and towels as well as I had to buy items to clean the room I always paid my room fees but felt harassed by staff to pay so we wouldn’t be put out I ask for weekly rate as I was there over a month no discount for fees very disappointed but I had to stay there

The place needs a major upgrade. Mold in bathroom. Rust on pipes. Paint peeling. It was bad. Staff was watching porn in the open on the computer when we checked in at night. I could see the screen. The security was horrible, it was raining hard so they locked the front door and made us walk around because too much water was coming in. That's how you treat people who paid money to stay in your hotel? We were drenched. We washed clothes in the laundry, both washer and dryer machines broke on us, they were crap and we received no compensation for the lost money. Overall I'd say tear this place down, don't know how they are still in business.

I booked a room through the booking program, and paid everything, but when I arrived at this hotel, there was a very negative person at the reception who cheated me out of money, saying that nothing came to me, and the money was taken from me, and I also called booking, they also confirmed that the hotel took the money, I don't know why they robbed me, I never advise anyone to go to this place, pay extra or overpay anywhere, but here I don't go, because there are real scammers and rude people, thank you all for your attention, I just want to be useful with this sale and information for others, all the best to everyone.
