The furniture is a little worn, same with the hallway carpet.

The staff was very accommodating, e.g., obtained ice from 2nd floor ice machine for me when the machine on the 1st floor was out of order. I liked the cleanliness of the room and hotel. The Krates (area with small restaurants with great food was in walking distance; and so was The Grove, a retail shopping area. The bathroom appeared to have new fixtures and flooring and new tile in the shower.

No coffee maker or microwave in room.two towels for 4 people. Breakfast was only till 9:00 am. No one was at the front counter when we went to checkout. No one came after ringing bell 3 times and calling the number they provided. The back door would not open with room key. The remote control for the tv was held together with tape.

Great location to shops and restaurants.Rooms were clean.

Get what you paid for bare minimum, frige full of muckly stinky water that smelled like rotten eggs although they brought a working frige the funky one stayed in my room whole time. TV had to play with input everytime to work no local channels and picture quality sucked. Bare minum in bathroom no essential except small bar soap and 2 small shampoo bottles nothing else tile over shower had abuckle and another a hole not to mention mold in the grout. 2 night short stay would never stay long term there. Worked for a bed to sleep in since i was there for a funetal i stuck it ou, will not refer it to others.

The bathroom faucet was loose. The shower spout was heavily caulked and wasn’t well affixed to the wall. There was a huge patch of wall in the bathroom that had been patched but not painted over. The water wasn’t hot enough for a hot shower. I tried to use the hair dryer and it powered on and then stopped after 2 seconds and smelled like burnt metal. The room was so close to the front office you could hear conversations outside from everyone interacting with the hotel attendant.

It was Clean. It was close to where we needed to be. The lobby was bright. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows.

Front desk night personnel was very unfriendly, he seemed as he was upset to have to find my reservation and deal with booking me in. The waffle mix for breakfast was not appropriate on both days I was there and it didn't make eatable waffles. I asked for a one hour late check out and immediately was asked for $30 or one third of the rate, to stay in until I was to be picked up, at 12 so I checked out al 11 am and sat in the lobby, where I could witness other guests checking out after 12, and were not charged. That made me feel upset, as nobody would be going into my room to clean it within that hour that I requested a one hour late check out. If I had stayed without asking. as other guests did, perhaps nothing would have happened. too bad they don't treat their guest with the courtesy they deserve. Next time I'll stay at another hotel the Econo Lodge with breakfast around the corner.
