I Love West Beach Resort. Have been multiple times. Everyone is very friendly and kind. I am a handicapped man over 65 and they met every need I had. I had a cabin on the beach, I recommend WBR as a destination spot for a great romantic getaway.

We had a beautiful experience in a little cabin. The front desk was so sweet and helpful. The view was incredible, right on the sound with firewood and starter left outside. We loved the hot tub and fireplace in the room. So grateful to find a pet friendly property for our sweet pups!

It was THE smallest cabin and was basically the size of a small hotel room with no living space - even a couple of feet more would have made a difference. But we were outside most of the time as the weather was great. It's also an expensive part of the world (even taking into consideration our terrible exchange rate at the moment), so be prepared!

We loved this place so much - quiet and relaxing even on a holiday weekend, and ideally placed to visit all parts of the island. Loved the beachside bar and hot tub and the staff were fantastic. Even though the cabin was the smallest one on site, it had all the basics. And the sunsets are unbeatable. Check out the ebikes in nearby Eastsound - by far the best way to see Orcas.

The price. It was $400/night, so it felt a bit overpriced for a basic one-bedroom cabin. Although the location on the island was still very picturesque and peaceful.

Location and set up of cabin was cute and had a beautiful ocean view. Staff was friendly and we had plenty of amenities in the cabin (towels, plates, paper towels). The cabin is nothing fancy but was clean and was enough space for our family of 4. Again the cabin was nicely situated so it was cool, quiet and scenic.

It was a beautiful little cabin, but extremely small with a partially obstructed view. Very expensive for the type of accommodation.

The farm house pics at a glance felt like we were on the water. But we studied it more and it actually was just perfect! The master bed is the best bed! Even trying to buy one!

The only inconvenience was on Thursday the day of our departure. We were finishing up breakfast and packing at 10:00 am when staff came to repair planks on the bridge requiring us to move cars and finishing up packing in a hasty manner, so our cars weren't parked too far away. And leaving dishes in the sink to get out by 11:00. We understand needed maintenance repairs but think timing could have been better and not close to check-out. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

The location was wonderful, close to town and hiking (Turtleback Mt.!) Our porch/picnic table views were beautiful all day and excellent for birding.

We had a full kitchen equipped with everything we needed in order to cook at any time, the bonfire was right in front of the cottage, great view! The convenience store and souvenier shop right at the place was a huge plus.

They need to put a hook or coat rack in every cabin.

The cabins are right on the water. You can step out on the front porch in the morning with your binoculars and see all manner of birds etc.

The lights were a little too bright and an unpleasant color. It would be nice to have more options for how much light there is at a given time. I really liked the cabin. However the wall between the rooms block no noise at all

Someone stole firewood off our balcony in broad daylight while we were inside our cabin. Not managements fault. The places appears so tranquil but I guess bad people can be anywhere
