Night staff was very rude to my daughter over the vending machine taking my daughters money.. I have a bad back and the elevator was broken and of course the only room they could give us was on the second floor..

I booked a handicap assessable room. when we got there the fan in the bathroom didn't work but thry fixed that, also the pice that holds the hand held shower head eas put on bsckwards, they fixed that The toilet wouldn't flush they fixed that. . There was no shower stool . I forgot to mention thatto the front desk. The last three nights between the hours of 3:30 am and 4:00 am it was so noisey we couldn't sleep, Loud rap music playing in someones car Loud enough to make the windows shake.We couldn't understand why the managemnt didn't stop it. And it was hard afterward too get back to sleep after whoever it was finally left, there was a barking dog and many other noises.

The room was clean the front desk staff and maintence personal were good.

We only had ONE washcloth. The next day when they cleaned the room, the left again ONE wash cloth. We went back down stairs to get some and was given one and said they were out of washcloths. This was the weekend, really. We registered as two adults. No ice bucket. I tried to call front desk and the phone was not working. I picked up the phone and there was not telephone cord AT ALL. The toilet handle was broken and the toilet seat was needing replacing.

The room had an odor and the water smelled disgusting. The whole room and even when you showered was filled with the smell of the water. The water color was also tan in color as well. My air condition unit was also faulty and didn’t stay on even though I placed it on instead of auto. They did not have small towels either just big towels and the towels to step on when you get out the shower

The lights need to be updated. When you lay in bed the bottoms are rusty and one had a broken cover. Need to add plugs for charging your phone. For c cord and USB ect.

The window AC was loud and needed to run nonstop to keep room cool.

It’s a red roof. Everything I expected. Bed was cleaned and towels were replaced. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t see any pests, roaches/bedbugs, etc.

elevator didn’t work. we requested accessible but was told for the value we got it doesn’t include lower level. offered to pay difference she said none were available. also key card reader for room worked only once upon arrival. we continually waited or had to walk down from 3rd floor to get key cards reprogrammed still didn’t work. then he came to reprogram key reader still didn’t work.

that is was in a good area around restaurants and stores for shopping

the first room i was put in had a ceiling leak so i had to change rooms and go from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. which was an inconvience for me because its hard for me to climb stairs sometimes. i also did not like there is no microwave or fridge.
