The lady doing check in was not friendly. Seemed distracted and was taking a personal phone call via her ear buds throughout our check in.

Very comfortable beds (almost too many pillows, though). Employee greeted us nicely and switched the room to a two bed room withoit any problems. Breakfast is easy but everyone finds sth (waffles, bagles, english muffims, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, milk, coffee). Unfortunately everything comes in one-way cuttlery / containers / plates. But can recommend this place. Pool looked quite big and clean. We didnt use it

There was a murder suicide in the parking lot that happened just before I arrived. It was no parking for hotel guest as everything is blocked off with the police.

Elevators were having maintenance issues and it was inconvenient for us due to balance issues (we could not safely navigate stairs). Our first night was rough with an air conditioner that sounded like a jet coming through our room. The general manager had our A/C changed out the next morning as soon as he heard we had an issue. The second night, the A/C was great, no more problems. It is obvious the GM is working hard to bring this property up to par. The customer service is there.

Staff at this property is extraordinary. Breakfast attendant was wonderful with a constant smile on her face. General manager was exceptional and worked hard to make sure our issues were resolved with a smile on his face and customer satisfaction in his heart. Room attendant and maintenance were also excellent. The location of this property was perfect for us. Our feeling is you sometimes have to stay in a room to realize there is an issue. Unless a guest reports a problem, it doesn't get fixed. We felt no one reported the issue we reported because if they had, the GM would have taken care of it immediately. We greatly appreciate the kindness and concern showed to us by the staff at this property.

The bathroom is a little small and the amenities Are not very good quality. The bottles are too small and they don't suffice For a shower for 1 peraon.

There was a very kind lady there her name was Angela I think, She was so warm and friendly and allowed me to check in early. They serve a very nice breakfast and have coffee available all day. I was there around christmas time and they had wonderful vibes down in the lobby. I enjoyed staying on the ground floor because you could just come out and lounge outside your room and get some fresh air. It was not noisy at all.

It's impossible to really walk to food or shopping from here, we had to uber anywhere interesting or to walmart for last minute items, but otherwise, no issues.

This was perfect for our needs which was one night between flying in and cruising out the next day. Room was good and breakfast was good the next day.

It’s near surrounding area that really isn’t pretty to Your eyes. Also some looks from men eyeing me up outside my room when I was getting things out of my car. Unprofessional Looks from housekeeping front desk people weren’t there and no one was there to check people in or out when I was checking out.

I liked how clean it seemed in my room. No sight of bugs or anything! Thank God! I thought because it was cheaper it wouldn’t be as nice or clean maybe.

The price has been creeping up in recent years, but I guess all hotel prices have increased.

Quality Inn is very good value for a place to stay in West Palm Beach. It's clean, the rooms are comfortable and it's quiet. The breakfast is also very good. I always stay at Quality Inn when I visit WPB.
