A couple little things in the room weren't working correctly, but it was minor and didn't make much of an impact on our stay.

Very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Clean, spacious room. Pool area and patio off the room looked great, but it was raining so we didn't use. Very close proximity to town.

Great location. Extremely quiet and a lovely view over the vineyard to the woods beyond. We picked up our keys from a keybox as we arrived quite late, but the lady at checkout in the morning was very friendly and helpful, advising on a good coffee shop for breakfast and local places to visit.

It’s a nice location with a view of a vineyard. Some rooms have better views than others. Some of the facilities are a little tired. They mentioned a “wine tasting patio” which I never saw! The pool is nice. The rooms are ok. Could be updated.

Beds were too high for 93 yr old..should have 1 high bed and 1 lower bed in consideration for elderly and small children...need handrail for steps from front porch to street ,slat in dividing sink area and bedroom is unnecessary and is tripping hazard to elderly

The only thing that might need change is to notify the customer at least 2 days in advance, not the same day that the room you booked is not ready but you can upgrade for extra $40.

Naviv was very nice, with great customer service, and made me and my family feel right at home. I will definitely book this place again in the near future. The rooms were clean!!

Our room wasn’t very clean and had a musky smell. There was evidence of the bathroom, tub and bedding to indicate that cleaning is not being done efficiently. There was debris on the floor and hair in the bathroom hair on the bedding. I cleaned the tub with chlorox wipes, which were filthy. Very outdated furnishings and The refrigerator buzzed loudly all night. There was the biggest bug I have ever seen in my life outside the door. For almost $400 I expected much better accommodations.

The vineyard view was lovely and the location was great. Navid at the front desk was awesome and lobby was chic and charming. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Needs a little TLC especially on the outside, the grounds area needs some attention, back patio furniture needs painting and fixing

The private balcony was not what was in the photo for the room. Nor was the view. The value was not worth the price. A good place to crash comfortably. Service, cleanliness, comfort and location were fine.

Covid restrictions prevented breakfast and some of the community spaces. Having said that the property and room were excellent. Close to everything but quiet and private.

Very loud in the mornings with people checking out and cleaning crew coming in. We stay Saturday to Monday and unfortunately many people checked out early Sunday morning so there was nonstop noise between guests checking out and cleaning crew coming in after them. Would have liked to have a quiet morning to sleep in but unfortunately this did not occur.
