The room didn't have any soap for the shower, but there's a grocery store close by, so we just bought our own.

Brisa was super helpful and accommodating to us when we wanted to switch to a larger room. She was friendly and amazingly helpful. She is an asset to your company. The accommodations were located within walking distance of everything. Very quiet area, surrounded by wildlife. We were lucky enough to watch the elk roaming around. We would definitely stay here again.

the shower is pretty tiny, and I was extremely disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available. it looks like it's been a while since they were worked on. also the sliding door that closes off the bathroom just doesn't close very well and isn't the greatest for privacy

excellent location. very prime to the main street that's great walking distance and near the little river. room was cozy. bed was comfortable and everything seemed very clean

You could use a mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable. Wasn't awful but it could be better. That is the only thing that crossed our minds that would've made our stay more comfortable.

The bathroom had an accordion style door that was a little hard to close all the way and wasn't in the best condition, so did not have very much privacy using the restroom

It was rather dated. The room could use a power strip next to the bed to charge phones, etc. And it would be nice to have a better arrangement for making coffee (like an electric tea kettle). A mini-fridge and microwave would be awesome. I do realize that the new owner is in the process of updating the units.

Just the shower was hard to maneuver. The water temp fluctuated from cold to hot throughout my bath. Everything else was perfect!!

The location is insuperable, walking distance from downtown, everything is no more than 10 minutes away, the comfort the cleanliness is exceptional, the staff very friendly, speaking spanish or english for better experience of the customer.

I didn't like the wall heater. There was a small gap at the bottom of the door so chilly air came into room. Room was a little cramped. Sliding door to bathroom was extremely hard to pull closed and made a lot of noise.

The room was very clean. It was a quaint room, very cozy. The bed was comfortable. It was just the right size for my husband and me. I really like the self-check in and check out. I appreciated the call I received from the staff to let me know my room was ready. We were very happy with West Winds Lodge and will definitely stay there again.

There was only 1 available electrical outlet and the plug for my phone charger did not fit snug it kept falling out of the outlet so I had to sleep with bathroom light on cause bathroom outlet wouldn't work unless light was on

Pool and Jacuzzi were under construction, which was no biggie but it would've been nice to do that. There was a pretty large spider in the closet inside the restroom, but we understand that sometimes bugs are inevitable.

We arrived a little earlier than expected and the front desk was extremely helpful. She had said she would try her best to have our room ready, we went out to grab a bite and our room was ready within the hour. The rooms were great, very clean and spacious, the kitchen table in the room was perfect as we had taken our poker set to play, kitchen fully equipped we found everything we needed even a bottle and wine opener! (which we had forgotten to take) Parking right in front of the room was a plus! There are little porch swings at the entrance of your room, that was perfect my daughter loved it! Location of the hotel is perfect as you can walk up the street and head to downtown.
