We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Canadaan in room safe would have been a bonus, along with a hand held shower head. Map of the town would have been helpful indicating where the list of restaurants/breakfast/bakery establishments were located.
room was large, beds were comfortable, was glad to have bare floors as I have allergies, staff was very helpful, free morning coffee was appreciated, water pressure in the shower was good, microwave/fridge appreciated. Plenty of covers/pillows in the room.

United States of AmericaWe were told we had to put $100 additional deposit that would be refunded immediately upon check out. It was not. I had contacted them and they told me within 24 hours. It was not. I had contact them again and I was told that it would be 3 to 5 business days. It still has yet to be returned. I will be calling them tomorrow to ask them about the deposit once again. The room itself was already on the more pricey side for two nights and ask for an additional $100 deposit Just seemed like a little overboard.

United States of AmericaI did not like the kiosk with the zoom call to talk to the front desk. The quality of the communication was awful, sound was intermittent and I could not understand the person on the other end. We ended up having to type the conversation so it could be understood. I have never seen that before and think it was very unprofessional. The people that I spoke to were very polite, but I believe there should be someone physically in front of you to help you when you check in and if you have a problem. There was also no coffee pot in the room, we only found out after checkout that apparently downstairs somewhere there was coffee available. The electrical system needs to be worked on, when we use the microwave in the room it tripped the circuit breaker. Since I have experience working as an electrician, I did take a little time and chatted with the manager about that to try and help them fix things so it will be better and safer for others in the future.
The room was absolutely exquisite. It was clean I didn't see any spec of dirt. The air conditioner was amazing, it really cranked out the cold air and kept us comfortable the whole time we were there. The hot water heater was wonderful, there was no problem with running out of hot water. I enjoyed great pressure and nice hot showers while we were there.

They definitely need more comfortable bedding on the beds. A coffee pot in the room would be nice. I am sure they will get there.

United States of AmericaKitchen was un-expectantly closed for updating with no back-ups in place such as vending, coffee bar, pantry, or even drinking glasses in room, although there was a tiny fridge and microwave. No desk chair, desk mostly taken over by tv. No kleenex in room.
I went in with the knowledge this is a small economy motel, and it met those expectations. The desk clerk was very kind and helpful for my stay. I even called her afterward and thanked her - 1st time ever. Also had new air conditioning unit.

United States of AmericaA) Holes in floor by air-conditioning, which seemed dirty B) Tags on mattresses and appliance cords (for lamps, hair dryers, televisions, microwaves, and any other electrical equipment) are unnecessary, and should be removed before items are placed into rooms, to prevent hindrance to retractable cord items, and sticky cords C) Although the place was under construction, a small breakfast could have been offered instead of none-at-all D) Window latches seemed rusted or old, and not completely functioning E) Ceiling lighting would be helpful F) Stains on lampshades (perhaps cleanable with sprayable isopropyl alcohol or lemon ammonia) G) Bathroom counters were tape-marked for some reason (may be upgrading to polished stone bathroom counters?)

I booked late and the Westborough Inn was the only accommodation available without moving into a much higher price range. Since I was traveling by myself, I thought I would I would chance it. The Inn is clean, pleasant with microwave and fridge in the room. The staff was exceptionally helpful, carrying my luggage up the stairs. The distance from Wooster, MA proved to be the only negative factor. It took me over 40 minutes to get back to Wooster the next day.

There were emergency pull cords in the bathroom, shower and above the bed, like maybe it had been converted from an assisted living home into a hotel. The door to our room didn’t close properly, you had to slam it.
The staff was very polite and attentive.
