You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the rooms being tremendously dirty. I booked the room for 6 days. The charge was way more than what it was worth. They got me in a room that had no LCD TV so I got them to switch me rooms. These rooms are disgustingly dirty. I had to purchase my own cleaning products. I bought bleach, a steam mop, and rubbing alcohol. The beds had no comforter. The sheets were stained, and the microwave didn't work.. I informed the staff of this problem but they failed to fix it.

United States of AmericaTHIS PROPERTY HAS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY! Make sure that when you book a stay you plan to remain for the entire time, otherwise you will lose your payment. Better yet, DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. What else didn't I like? Everything else, especially the disgusting run-down bathroom and the fact that the baseboards near the bed were decayed and not adhered to the wall. The desk did not have a chair, and the A/C was sub-par. During my week-long stay I was not able to get a service person to look at the ancient A/C unit, even thought I repeatedly asked for maintenance.
I liked that my room had a working microwave and refrigerator. I liked the water pressure and shower head. I liked the laminate flooring that looked like wood.

The mattress was so soft it provided no support. The shower was so filthy that I d bother to use it. The same for the wash basin. earlier in the day I had a pedicure. ten minutes after I removed my shoes, my feet were black on the bottom.

Drug dealers staying at the hotel and cars pulling up to be served at all hours of the night. The door would not lock and had obviously been kicked in before. The bottom.of the door was not sealed and let air and sound in.
