The property is poorly maintained, the elevator was out of order so I had to take the stairs with all the luggage.

The elevator was broken there was no doorknobs on staircase door entrance online it showed there was a pool and when we checked in and I ask there was no pool at the facility

The TV didn't work. The internet was not secure enough for my work computer to connect to it. (It could connect to the hotel across the highway, but I didn't have the password.) I had to use the hot spot from my phone. There is no elevator and no ice on the 2nd floor. This hotel is a bit worn... stains on the rugs in hallways and stairs, and the wall paint is all old throughout the building.

Kind staff! The room size, the little refrigerator, AC, and shower. Dove products in the bathroom are good. Individually wrapped breads at breakfast. The price is unbeatable.

The $50 incidental deposit, I mean I can understand if I was a customer, but I think that regulars should be exempt from this fee. I mean we book the room based on a given price and find out that we have to pay an extra $50 upon arrival, that pisses off a lot of clients, we show up thinking it's going to be one price and then we get an unknown fee which about 60% of the time we don't have it especially if we've been traveling for a while. If you want to continue doing that you should advise all of you booking agencies to post those fees when they give their daily or nightly rates that way the clients aren't blindsided with that extra fee.

Both the room and the stay were pleasant. The price was also pretty good.

No complaints here.

Right off the highway, which was great for me since I was taking a break during a road trip. Also close to a couple grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations. Unfortunately the elevators were out during my stay, but it turned out to be no big deal for me to just take the stairs. Overall the room was clean and orderly, and the bed was comfy. The staff I talked with were very professional and helpful.

Been here 20 plus times and loved it but this time the room was overrun with small cockroaches. They were everywhere even in the bed, bath, the microwave. I sucked it up and stayed for 3 nights but not good this time

Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and when I called to ask for a complimentary toothbrush, it was never brought.

The woman at the desk was super helpful in getting my room changed from a handicap room to a regular room with no charge in fee.

That they had eggs I could eat as I have Celiac Disease. That they made accommodations for our old knees and gave us a suite on the first floor for the same price as a regular room since the elevator was broken. Bed was very comfortable.

We were given the first room next to the breakfast room. That was a great room to be in. The staff was helpful in letting us know things we could do even though we picked a time when it was cold.

The breakfast was not 100% correct, waffles were able to be made no waffle batter was offered. The bathroom had mold in the corner of the tub. We had to ask for towels and they were given to us as none were available in the room except for three towels not even a floor mat. Pillows hard like rocks. Their breakfast should not say excellent breakfast because it was not it was terrible

The rooms seemes a little worn. The heater in our room was not working so we had to move to a different room. Looked like they were just starting to refresh the inside saw workmen the day we checked out.

Breakfast was good but limited. Location was very good. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

When flushing toilet, the toilet filled with water and took time to get the paper to go down.

There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The location was within a short range of where we were visiting. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

They're could be more options for breakfast like bacon, etc. The room was very humid too, like everything felt damp no matter if it was hot or cold in the room. Not sure if it was a maintenance issue or not. The elevator was kind of sketchy too, it wiggled a lot.

The breakfast was pretty good, and the location was pretty easy to get to.
