We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The noise from the main road just behind the hotel is very annoying, sometimes it was like we had the window open. Overall the interior of the hotel could use a little TLC but most definitely some better soundproof for the rooms at the back of the property
Breakfast was only available on one morning of our stay, I was aware of this before arrival and it was very good as buffet breakfasts go

This place is very dated and worn out. The parking is inconvenient - it's in a lot that requires one to drive away from the hotel, park, and then walk back. We did scurry to take our bags out of the car and the entrance and bring them inot the lobby. We are both senior citizens and currently have some physical limitations. When I went to check in, I asked for a luggage cart because our bag is heavy and is not a rolling suitcase. The clerk flatly stated that if there isn't a cart in the lobby it's in use by another guest. I asked her how many the hotel has and she replied: "three." She didn't offer to help locate one for us to use. How likely is that when guests are finished bringing luggage to their rooms with a cart they will take the initiative to bring the cart back to the lobby? It's very unlikely. The room's carpet was lumpy and weird to walk on - it seemed to have been put down on top of other wall-wall carpeting. The left-hand upper window pane muntins were broken. The beds were very uncomfortable. Mattresses are much too soft, and every time one person moved a little bit the whole bed jiggled and shook and disturbed the other person. The shower was dripping the whole time although we didn't use it.

initial Roo. 308 given was terrible, very old decorations and AC very noisy, no curtains. Upon complaint we were given a better room. No breakfast offered.

This is an older property showing some of its age; ie cracked caulking in bathroom, dehumidifier in hallway, brass keys for room entry. Hotel had breakfast coffee in lobby but when the pot went dry at 7:30am, the front desk stated there would be no further coffee made.
The hotel is very clean and conveniently located for Westford near I-495. Staff was friendly.

I called before booking 6 nights to confirm the pool was open for my children to use. Staff said it was open and ready for to use. This was not the case only able to use the pool 2 of the 6 days

Pool looked cloudy and there was a wet smell on our floor when we got off the elevator. The room was fine though! Oh, Would have loved a microwave and I think there was no breakfast because of covid. Nevertheless, PLENTY spots close by -
Overall everything was great. Pull out bed made the stay for a family of four with two small kids very convenient.

The room felt a bit musty/damp. There was a dehumidifier unit in the hallway outside our room that was working overtime. The decor is outdated and looks like it hasn't been cared for. The shower head was very low. The restaurant is closed with no sign of reopening.
