The furniture had a few scratches, I don't expect that for the money I spent. Also, the shower could have been a little cleaner the tile on the wall had some dirt. Over the shower there was work that was done and not patched properly. You don't expect that when from an upper level starred hotel. S

The BED was amazing!!! Best bed I have ever slept in. Loved the drinks at the bar. Pricey, but worth it.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly, it appeared to be but I found a piece of hair. Also the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working so I had to go down a floor.

We love the Westin for staycations we we need alone time and a quick night away from the kids. Typically the accommodations are always clean, you can smell the detergent in the sheets lol the location and value for your money makes it worth it

Not having a microwave and there was not enough sugar in the room when we made our coffee.

We liked being on the 5th floor, at the end of the hallway, we liked the view from the window, hearing the rain storm and having a refrigerator.

The only issue was my child and grandkid walking down the halls and the halls were reeking of marijuana. It was so bad i sprayed perfume when we had to leave the room.

Location was remote. A lot of twisting, winding, dark roads to get there. There was only one small set of shampoo, conditioner and lotion and bar of soap in the bathroom.

The pillows were not comfortable at all! They were flat and provided little to no comfort. The pool had too much chlorine in it, it ruined my partners bathing suit. The phones in the bedroom were down, we couldn’t call the front desk from the room. Room service was okay, I disliked the fact that you had to ask to the front desk to have your room cleaned instead of it being cleaned when you weren’t there.

The breakfast was decent but needs more variety. The beds were comfy and rooms were sound proof given the location.

Breakfast could had been better. My husband and myself don’t eat pork or beef.. they didnt have anything Turkey to serve us so we only had eggs & potatoes. I think you should atleast offer one of each . One turkey product nd one beef or pork product.

What I didn't like is booking didn't say that you have to pay 15.00 a day for parking which is ridiculous. Why do u have to pay for parking when there are plenty of parking spaces.

I didn’t like that the room had a door that was attached to neighbor room . Someone’s child kept crying all night. The hotel restaurant didn’t have much variety to eat and the soba noodles weren’t flavorful. You’re charged $15 a night for parking and parking isn’t that close. They give complimentary water but Aquafina 🥴. Checking in the attendant looked like he didn’t want to be there but I’m assuming because he was the only one answering the phones and checking people in. I really came to enjoy the fire pit was disappointed it wasn’t on. I will say it’s almost hidden but it is a nice facility. Close to the airport and there’s restaurants close by if you don’t want to spend on price jacked meals and drinks(a bottle of chateau st Michelle is $45 lmao) I will say the cleaning people were very sweet and felt bad because people are lazy and just throw stuff in the hallways.
