Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWe got a package delivered before we arrived. I called to confirm that it was okay to do that prior to placing the order. I was not notified that there was a handling fee associated.
We got upgraded to a room that provided a view of the Sphere in Las Vegas. Provided dessert and a beverage voucher which was nice touch.

United KingdomThe bathroom facility would need an upgrade, maybe consider exchanging the bath with a walk in shower? The public computer and printer did not work. For people who require printed documents for flights for example.
The room was very clean, location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful at any time of the day and night. I would recommend this Hotel to all my friends who would like to stay in Las Vegas.

AustraliaThis place was lovely, so clean and great facilities. A bar, restaurant and Starbucks makes it easy to get everything you need for a quick visit. Walking distance to the strip and feels very safe.

United States of AmericaThe room is a bit dated, but fine enough. The bed was a little too soft for me, but that's personal preference.
The Westin is a great choice if you are looking to be close to everything (especially the Sphere - it's walkable!), but don't want to stay in a smoky, loud casino. The property is clean and quiet, the staff are super friendly, and the room is comfortable. I loved that they had filtered water in the lobby to fill our water bottles. We also had some pretty good food at the restaurant.

ItalyThe furniture in our room was very old-fashioned and the bathroom was a bit disappointing. There was no walk-in shower just an old-fashioned tub which didn't drain well. This made it slippery and hazardous to get in and out. However, the bed was very comfortable and excellent quality bedlinen.
Excellent location, very quiet and very clean hotel, no-smoking policy and no casino in the hotel. Very friendly helpful staff and excellent breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant. Easy to walk to the Strip and to the Sphere. Fantastic view of the Sphere from our room

United KingdomYear-round open pool as advertised in the hotel website was closed - there’s a pool available at a nearby hotel for Westin guests - 10 min walk - but that didn’t have working shower facilities. Griddle wasn’t working for one day for breakfast meaning many menu items were unavailable.
Good location for walking to strip; quiet and comfortable rooms; good breakfast with very friendly and efficient staff ; nice gym facilities

IsraelThe room was not clean 100%, as hasn't been vacuumed, and found some straws and cups from other guests in between the bed and the cupboard. The room was cleaned in a hurry, it seemed.
The location is good. breakfast was really tasty, although there were not many options. The valet did their job professionally.

United KingdomMould in the bathroom. Decor in the room a little dated. Couch in the room was filthy with marks on it. We asked for it to be cleaned on our first day but it wasn’t. Metal water bottles came with the room to help prevent excess plastic use but cleaner removed them. Vouchers for free drinks at the bar given at check in but very limited choice - a beer, house red wine or house white. Staff weren’t as friendly or as courteous as in other Westin hotels I’ve stayed in.
Central location just off the strip, easy walking distance to the Flamingo / Bellagio and Caesars. Monorail stop just across the road in the Horseshoe hotel. Great views of the Sphere and this is located nearby also.

United KingdomWe were advised a rollaway bed wasn’t available for our room due to room size/fire restrictions but we felt the room had plenty surplus space and if a chair had been moved this may indeed have been possible. However our sons were happy enough to share their double bed.
Travelled for the new Las Vegas Grand Prix and the hotel happed to be perfectly positioned for our section in the stands (we were in the Rolex section ). Being able to park the car at the hotel during this super busy time was a great advantage and only charged at their normal small fee.

New ZealandLong checkin process given only one staff on reception and air crew were given priority. Seemed to have incorrect info about number of guests although it was correct on the booking. Who was the single luxury towel and bathrobe for?!

United KingdomBreakfast was slightly unconventional. We had to wait to be seated (only just over 5 mins) and the food is cooked to order. Worth bearing in mind if you have a full day of sightseeing planned - it's not a self-serve buffet! That said, the food quality was excellent . I had a delicious breakfast steak!
Well located, easy walking distance the the Strip. We asked for a room at the end of the corridor and it was nice and peaceful - no noise whatsoever.

KuwaitThe water pressure in the shower could use some improvement; I sincerely hope they address this concern since it was very low. While having pets brings joy to their owners, for someone like me with allergies, it can pose difficulties. I hope they consider implementing more restrictions to ensure we can comfortably coexist without exacerbating allergie.
This place is fantastic, clean and wonderfully peaceful. It's situated just a short 10-minute from the main street. The gym is also spotless and quite decent. I strongly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and quiet stay (was there there in Sep of 2023).

SingaporeQuite expensive and far off the Strip. Imagine walking 15 minutes under the scorching 43C sun (that's 110F for Americans) to get anywhere from this hotel. Plus, it's located in between sketchy areas: a dollar-store-kinda-casino on one side, an old parking lot with overnight drunks at the back and some straight-otta-compton-style area on the other side. Due to some constructions, during peak hours getting an Uber or Lyft took 30 minutes. I requested daily housekeeping at check-in, yet they only came every 2-3 days. There was a disgusting vent outlet in the bathroom that had extensive mold and/old fungus growing. :puke: The onsite restaurant is quite poor, no healthy breakfast options. One morning they were unable to handle the crowds, they offered me to get my breakfast as take-away, but they forgot to pass it to me, I was just waiting there for 30 minutes and got it when I asked again. I'd say consider your options and get a better deal somewhere else.
The room had a comfy bed and views on the new Sphere behind the hotel. The business center was good for work with great wifi coverage and plenty of electric sockets + USB outlets.

United KingdomMy original room (booked several months ago) was cancelled 10 mins before we arrived. Apparently an automatic cancellation because my credit card wouldn’t go through their system. No attempt to contact me other than an email telling me of the cancellation. When I arrived at the front desk 10 mins later I was told it was their policy to automatically cancel if the credit card is declined. I was told there were no rooms available and we would have to move to their sister hotel. My 2 kids were distraught as we had been travelling several hours and chose that hotel specifically for the location, pool and no casino/non smoking atmosphere. Eventually a manager agreed to reinstate the booking. We returned at 4pm (check in time) to be told our room wasn’t ready and we would have to wait. We had already waited 2 hours so weren’t too happy with this. Then the desk person said they would upgrade us to a 1 bed suite with 2 roll-up beds for the children. We agreed to this and the room worked well for us. We were happy it all got sorted out but it was very stressful and frustrating to be told no rooms were available which clearly wasn’t true. It was such a great hotel in many ways, just a shame that our initial impression was so bad!
Good location, room was great. Particularly loved the pool area and the pool bar food/drinks/service. Bar prices were reasonable for a LV hotel. Bell men were superb. Plenty of elevators, never had to queue. Starbucks in the lobby. Water refilling and ice stations throughout which were great. Room was pretty quiet other than the continuous police car sirens on Saturday night (but they would be heard in any hotel on the strip). Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.
