Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaProvide a decent breakfast at the restaurant.
Great, spacious, comfortable room. Housekeeping and cleanliness was outstanding. Completely updated. The restaurant is a loser for breakfast- awful. At 9:00 am they ran out of orange juice. French toast served ice cold, I left it and ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay. It’s unfortunate because would have been convenient. You’re hard pressed to find any restaurant close by.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom was entirely too small. No place to put my toiletries. The “restaurant” associated with the property is not owned or run by Westin, apparently. It was completely understaffed with surly, apathetic employees. I ordered a yogurt parfait only for breakfast and it took over an hour. Cancelled dinner plans there that night as I did not want a repeat.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaThere was a wedding when we were there and it was extremely noisy until late at night. Our room had no view (brick wall). Bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point that we were sleep deprived (the noise drifting up the HVAC system from the wedding prob didn’t help, but it was mostly the bed that was the issue). Rooms need a refresh—peeling wallpaper in bathroom, etc. All of this would have been forgivable (since it’s an older hotel) if the bed hadn’t been so uncomfortable. It seemed like an old mattress vs a poor quality mattress but could have been both. We slept very little the whole night and driving home sleep deprived was not fun. Also at the restaurant, we had one standard breakfast, one coffee, and a side order of potatoes and fruit to go. With a generous tip, the total was $60–which is high for the area; ex: $12 for a dish of fruit salad. Not sure if a tip was already built in and we missed that and tipped again but service was great so it’s okay lol. The food was well prepared and service was friendly and efficient. We had read on reviews before our visit that the standard rooms are extremely small without room to walk around without moving luggage, so we upgraded to a larger executive “suite” (standard room with a long hallway plus 2 wingback chairs and a desk) since we had two large dogs with us. So that brought our total for one night to over $300 plus $32 for valet parking. Felt more like big city prices than Columbus, which would have been ok (especially given that they are dog friendly and don’t charge extra for dogs) if bed had been better. One last thing… I brushed my hand on the back of one of the chairs walking over to the coffee area, and got a pretty yucky cut. I was trying to figure out what caused it—upholstery nail etc.? I think it may have been some hardened upholstery glue on the back of the chair, oddly enough. Superficial, not too painful—just a bit surprising and a good bit of blood from the flap of sliced skin.
Very friendly staff; early check in as we had requested; dog friendly; beautiful lobby/common areas; great location; green space across the street for dogs and walkable area; complimentary coffee in the lobby. Did I mention the friendly staff? They were fantastic—so welcoming to us and to our pups, gave them treats, etc. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk was happy to give us one. They also were very helpful with requests such as change for valet and housekeeping tips. Highlight of our visit was def the staff!

United States of AmericaRoom was very small for the price and very long hallways, we had to turn down three hallways to get to our room and had to pay 30 dollars a night to park, that should have been explained in the rental agreement.

CanadaThe drain issue was not a new one. When I had my shower there were hairs all over the bottom of the stall and in corners where they had settled after the shower had drained. Coffee had been spilt by a previous guest and the stain was down the side of the bed on the bed skirt. The hotel bar was a trolley with alcohol behind a counter but Ben the bartender was amazing. There were cords for lamps? Running along the floor under the tables and you tripped on them A $16 breakfast was advertised but only a $10 buffet was offered. The hotel is mostly a business district so a fair walk to shops, restaurants and cafes etc Guest parking was $32/night. Rick was amazing but parking around the back and outside of the hotel so a bit of a wait
Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. We had a plugged drain issue and it was dealt with in a timely fashion

United States of AmericaThe king bed took up so much room we had to walk sideways around it to get to the dresser, window, air-conditioner and table. My husband and I both hit our knees and foot on the bed. This room was way to cramped.
