You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaMy purchase of room stated free breakfast, but when we tried to get it, they said no, it did not come with breakfast. They did give it to us, after showing the receipt stating it. You also must PAY to have your car parked. You cannot park it yourself, so Valet parking is expensive.
We were on the River side, and it had a nice little deck to sit outside and watch the river. Lots and lots of spiders all over the deck. Luckily, I don't mind them, but most people would not like that. Beds were comfy, had a nice fridge in room. Nice staff too.

United States of AmericaThe only issue I have with Westin is I booked my hotel through Booking.com where it states NOTHING about mandatory Valet which is posted at Westin. In fact, it states valet as optional on the site. Being forced to pay 135.00 in valet fees wasn't within my budget nor was I told I would be charged either by booking.com NOR by Westin. Even though the staff was absolutely amazing and naturally it would be presumed a fee for service would be required and these young men deserve the money. I just feel if you are going to demand I use this service then charge me for it, then, I should be told by both booking.com AND at Westin. ( BEFORE making these accommodations so I can choose if I can afford the extra charge) As it occured, feels like false advertising. I truly felt I should have the option to choose this service nor given the surprise to the added charges.
The staff was amazing. Always kind and helpful. Numerous times staff would go the extra mile to help. For example, helping unload the car, opening doors, or we needed scissors they helped us with that issue. Room service whether food or refreshing our room was amazing. They were sensitive to our privacy yet took care of our needs. The restaurant was a pleasant experience too. The staff really made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend it to anyone based on the staff's attentiveness alone.

The room was very comfortable with nice touches such as the aromatherapy for sleep. The tub is wonderful.

Nice, peaceful, and safe location for weary travelers. Loved the river view, fire pits, and beautiful star jasmin was in full bloom. Scott's Seafood Restaurant is conveniently located across the way.
