Indoor pool isn’t open year round, if you’re located on the first floor then any noise from above sounds like a stampede. Hallway noise can be heard from inside of rooms and in and out of side doors if you’re located close to them is pretty loud.

Property is in a convenient location, not too loud for it being close to the highway and accessible to just about anything you’d need like food,gas,grocery,shopping,etc.

My dog was left in the room for 30 min. In this time I got 2 calls from the manager saying I needed to get the dog and check out. The dog barked at the 3 kids running up and down the hall. ( They did this every night until 11pm) Christmas morning we went to have breakfast and it was closed . The ad showed a pool and hot tub. When we got there, the pool area was all locked up and windows covered with paper. I went to get coffee on the 3rd day and there were no cups. The entrance on the east side of building was so hard to open, I had to walk around the building to get in, on the opposite side of my room. There was mold behind the toilet and around the bathtub.

We had a really good stay and for the price we paid I can not think of anything that could have been better. The place is clean, quiet, and the staff is very nice.

We stayed for almost a week and the complimentary daily breakfast was a huge money saver. Decent selection of various foods and really good coffee. Will be staying here again for all future Denver visits.

There is no supermarket close by, therefor it would be nice, to have some microwave meals on offer. The only vending machine for food (chips and sweets only) doesn't accept foreign credit cards, requires the exact amount of cash, but refuses coins - disappointing.

Room and breakfast were really good. The room was surprisingly quiet, although next to the highway, I slept well. It is only a 10 minutes walk to the bus station, where the Flatiron takes you to Union Station within 15 minutes. That is ideal to visit Denver.

Hotel was set back on a business road with vacant buildings around.

Staff was very nice. For the most part hotel was clean and in a convenient location for quick and easy access to expressway. Breakfast options were good! My kids always like making their own waffles

The man at the front desk smelled of strong body odor. His accent was very heavy, making him difficult to understand. I understood him to say that there would be a $50 hold placed on my card for incidentals, but the amount he pplaced on hold was $150. This really made things difficult for me because I suddenly had $150 less available for my trip expenses. The coverlet on the bed had stains. Gross!!!

The beds were very comfortable, the room was nice, and the rest of the facility was nice as well.

My key card kept getting wiped, so we had to constantly go to the front desk to get it fixed. The pool was closed, and the ice machine wasn't working .

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The AC was great, and it kept the room cold on hot days. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the down feathered pillows.

The doors all slam shut very loudly which was disturbing. The pool was still closed "due to Covid" which is kind of a cop out at this point. If the concern for spreading germs is still there you can make a way to reserve the pool in hourly increments or take that amenity off of your website. I initially chose the hotel partially based on the availability of a pool.

The Quality Inn was close to our family. The place was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel.
