Why motels in USA charge deposit and this is one of the highest deposit of $200. Very cold pool.

Great location for 1/2 drive to Long Beach, 15 mins Seal beach. Many eateries around the area. Good breakfast, with make your own waffles. Good selection for breakfast. Asian run establishment.

Breakfast could be more of like beef sausage instead of pork sausage.

I like that it’s closed to restaurants, little sai gon, and Disneyland. Hot buffet breakfast every morning 7-10am. A nice selection of breakfast eggs, sausages, muffins, yogurt, waffle, and many more. Tea and coffee every day. A little noises sometimes outside of the hallway but it didn’t bother me much.

Sorry to say the refrigerator was broken - top freezer didn't work. Staff went over backwards to try to fix things.

Cooking breakfast was easy with on the utensils and pots and pans available.

Just know it is a very fancy “Motel”. All rooms open to the outside. We think elephants were staying the room above us on the first night! Very loud thumping most of the night. Luckily they only stayed one night! But nothing the staff could do about it, just our bad luck!

Easy to find. Great location for us. Room was large and bed was huge! Everything was clean. We had a no smoking room and it was!! Complementary breakfast was very good! Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, toast, cereal, muffins, pastries, juice, coffee, fruit, and I’m sure I’m forgetting items!

The Jacuzzi tub drain hole was broken and wont close. Had to shove plastic bag so it doesnt drain.

There was only one 110 outlet accessible in each room, so we had to get creative to charge electronics. There are some small maintenance items that need to be addressed, like the window curtain rod didn't work, so we couldn't really open the curtains in the King bedroom {the window faced the street, so it wasn't a big deal}. Also, one of the drawers in the dresser was broken, and you couldn't open it. An improvement would be to put some sort of storage in the 'front' room. There was no dresser or area to hang any clothes. There is only room for one bed side table and that didn't have any drawers either. There is room to put a smaller desk and add a small dresser to that room for the guests sleeping there.

I chose this Motel for a 3 night stay for a swim competition at Golden West College. The location is a quick drive to the College. There are restaurants close by, and a Target 5 min drive away. Management on site was very accomodating and friendly. Parking was easy. The area felt safe. We walked across the street one night to eat at a Mexican Restaurant when we didn't feel like driving anywhere. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area was kept well stocked. They offer make your own waffles, scrambled eggs + sausage, fresh fruit, great coffee, bread for toast, yogurt, packaged sweet rolls, and cereal. They put out oatmeal packets, but there is really no way to make the oatmeal because the only 'hot' water is in the pump pot and that is not hot enough to make instant oatmeal. Funny enough there is a microwave available outside breakfast hours, in the breakfast area, but it is not available during breakfast so you could make oatmeal. Overall though, a good breakfast is offered. We had a room that was 2 separate rooms. Upon entering there was a queen bed, a desk, and an area w/ sink, microwave and mini fridge. Go thru a door and there was another room w/ a King bed. Perfect for a family traveling with kids.

We stayed six nights only complaint is two of the mornings the young girl working the breakfast area did not keep the the food filled people were always waiting for the eggs and sausage to be filled the other four mornings the lady running the breakfast area was excellent food was always full hot and fresh. One suggestion would be to change the selection of hot foods every day it was the same scrambled eggs and sausage links

They could use a bit of attending to details (edging of carpet, under sink area, tv channels and reception, all poor). The breakfast was awful with cold scrambled eggs containing shell bits, bad selection of breakfast items and no real continental choices, I went somewhere else! Room could use a microwave to make tea or warm beverages. Bed wasn't comfortable, had a sag in the middle. Loud people above me, up all night making noise (not the fault of the hotel, but office didn't have an attendant to complain to in the middle of the night).

I enjoyed the spacious room, the jacuzzi bath, the easy check in/out. The staff is polite and kind and attended to a daytime need very quickly. Getting to the two events I was there for, one in Huntington Beach, one in Seal Beach, was very easy. Parking was adequate.

Centrally located, off a busy road but still very easily accessible. Solid breakfast in the morning, lots of freshly cooked options and juices. Staff were very nice and facility was clean and comfortable!

Lighting is too dim.

The room is spacious and clean compare with another Quality Inn that we stayed yrs ago. The staff members are friendly and breakfast is good. The hotel location is good with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Bus stop (route 60) is in short walking distance that guests can visit attractions w/o a rental car. We used Orange county transit phone app (app name: "Transit - Subway and Bus Times") to plan a trip to Naples Canal. Very convenient!
