Tv didn’t have a remote, couldn’t find Dishwasher wasn’t working and had old water inside of the machine which smelled when opening up.

We left the dehumidifier on as recommended, but it is/was incredibly loud. It is not a soft background noise that you get used to.

There were quiet hours, but unfortunately, 2 of our 4 nights were interrupted by someone above our unit making noise between midnight and 6 am. We had restless nights. I don’t know if they realized how much noise they were making, but it was loud enough to wake us up and keep us awake.

The king size bedroom was shut and the door locked upon our arrival so we slept in a smaller bed. We had picked this place specifically because it had a king size bed. I was recovering from hand surgery and needed more space in the bed to sleep comfortably with my husband. The first night I did not sleep well. The next morning, I noticed a door shut with a bedroom door handle. Above the door was an instrument to unlock the door. I opened the door, found the king size bed, and we slept there the next two nights. Also, the one night we wanted to watch TV, the signal must have been very weak as it buffered every minute or two. We gave up on watching a movie,

Opening the door, I was struck by the cleanliness and the comfort offered in Suite 2. The large clean windows displayed the views of the ocean and drew me into the epic beauty of this coastline. The multiple dishes and kitchen dishes and cooking tools was a nice surprise and made cooking easy and pleasurable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The bed was fine on my side towards the closet, on my husband's side, toward the door there was a "hole" in the mattress where he was uncomfortable. There weren't any Kleenex. The no smoking policy anywhere on the property, even in your vehicle. My husband had to drive off the property each time he wanted a cigarette. But, we knew that going in.

Breakfast wasn't available. The view was outstanding. We liked the trail down to the platform for an amazing view.

We loved everything, you got mountains at your back,ocean in front,fireplace,grill outdoor seating. You can't go wrong with this rental. With trinidad just down the way you got grocerie shopping ,places to eat and shop. If you get a chance you must go.you would be going back like are soon.

for someone almost 70 the access was a bit difficult if the cost of cleaning is $110 more, then no one should have to empty the trash it should be part of the package.

Hauling suitcases up and down steep stairs when there was easier access on other side of building. Running back and forth of child on top level and considerable noise. No mention of cooking facilities. There is no stove, but we found later there was a hot plate and electric skillet hidden in a drawer. Microwave is on top of refrigerator so you must be tall to reach. The bathroom is somewhat dangerous in that there is a step down from the tub, then another one down from toilet to general floor. You have to be very careful if floor is wet or in middle of the night. Seems to be a leftover from when it was maybe an old hotel.

Location was beautiful, quiet and mostly private. The accommodations were nice. It was helpful to read past reviews to know what is supplied, what is not and the issues with the room. Care taken to inform renter of nearby recreation and restaurants.
