Newly renovated - very nice bathrooms and comfortable king bed. Excellent value compared to similar properties in Ventura. I would absolutely stay here again.

No cup in the bathroom. A little teapot for hot water would have been nice. Sorry I missed that there was a breakfast.

I was unaware there was breakfast. The room was clean and bed very comfortable and the comforter was very nice. Heater worked well.

Clean, quiet, simple. A wonderful change from your standard hotel-very quiet at night, at most 2 adjoining walls through which I heard almost nothing, park right outside your door with no stairs or elevator, comfortable bed.

Nothing, it was perfect

The Motel is newly renovated and has beautiful rooms! The owner is very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and there’s a big TV in the room. Doors can be locked twice, and the parking is in front of the rooms.

Great location, close to the beach and an excellent cafe. Room is remodeled and really clean. I enjoyed our nice and quiet stay. Staff was helpful with all our questions and with quickly getting us checked in.

Not necessarily a dislike, but no mini fridge remover a little cooler if you need drinks etc and you’re good to go!

Absolutely brilliant motel. From the moment you check in the owner is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and has wonderful decor, there is a nice little table, it’s well lit, great closet set up and the bathroom is spacious and the complementary soaps etc are great. It close to great restaurants, breweries etc!

Only complaint is that the lights from the parking lot were very bright and the shades were very thin. Blackout curtains would have been nice.

Great location. VERY comfortable bed. Blackout shades provide a restful night sleep. The new remodel is lovely, inviting and comfortable. Shower is huge, nice products too. I like that you have a parking spot right in front of your door. What used to be a not so nice place has made a complete turn into a very comfortable place to sleep. Oh! The tv is huge and nicely placed to watch from your comfy bed.

I couldn't give it a full 10 because there were a couple of things missing that I expect any time I stay at a hotel - ice and in-room hair dryer. I found out later that hair dryers are available at the desk, but I really expect that to be in the room. Ice was not available at all.

It has clearly been very recently renovated and they did a very good job. The rooms are very nice. Bathrooms look great. The location was perfect for what we needed. It was a great stay. I would definitely stay again.

The owner was exceptionally kind. He was very informative and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my stay. When checking out, he thanked me genuinely and asked how he could improve his property. I appreciated his concern and openness. The room was very clean and the remodel tasteful. The area was quiet and peaceful. This is a great place to say for the price!
