It would have been nice to have better quality food for breakfast and maybe a little more options. The bacon was very good. The eggs tasted ok but seemed to be made from artificial eggs. there could have been more fruit options and yogurt. there could have been sausage in the sausage gravy. The biscuits were excellent!

The place was easy to find. It was easy to walk around town. The room was nice and clean. It would have been nice to have instructions for the jacuzzi tub.

I knew the place had been closed for a while, so the fact that there needed to be some areas upgraded did not surprise me. I could tell that they have already made some changes and fixed some of the worse areas. Room needs GFI above sink and a separate outlet for refrigerator (maybe BEHIND fridge lol) Otherwise, for me- the place is not scary and I love it!

The staff here was very pleasant and helpful! The location is perfect. The breakfast was everything you'd expect, waffles, eggs with or without cheese, bacon, sausage etc. pretty good, in my opinion. I love this place. it is old, but elegant.

Beautiful view, location was convenient to the Riverwalk, and abundance of shopping and dining options, beds were very comfortable, enjoyed daily complimentary breakfast, hosts were gracious and accommodating our request to stay another night, and offered us a discount. Would definitely recommend it to others, and we would gladly stay here again.

There was apparently no live TV, only streaming. The bathroom door was cracked on the inside and needed to be replaced. Also the trim around the bathroom door needed to be painted. The lamp and power station on the right side of the bed was not working.

The location was perfect, only one block off of Broadway. The beautiful property has park land on two sides, and the lake is literally across the street. The room was clean, and the king bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was great and included make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Plus the dining room had beautiful views of the lake.

The jacuzzi ran out of hot water when we could hear our neighbors were also using their jacuzzi above us, so that was a bit of a bummer! It was also a little nerve wracking that condensation built up on the walls and ceiling, and you could see marks on the walls that it happens a lot in the bathrooms - which makes you worry about potential water damage in the long run.

Beautiful getaway for a fantastic price - we stayed in the gardener's suite for our honeymoon, and it was perfect! Quiet area, secure way to get into the room, and attention to detail with how the room was cleaned and prepared for guests! Breakfast staff were phenomenal with keeping the food fresh, even though we came in 20 minutes before the breakfast was closed. Overall, we were very happy with our visit and plan to recommend this place to others! We cannot wait to visit again for a weekend away - couldn't beat the price or charm anywhere else in the Dells!

Only thing I would change is the ability to have the room darker at bedtime, it's light and airy in the daytime, but there is alot of light from parking lot. I would have enjoyed some tea or coffee which was provided down stairs but there was no water in the tank of the coffee machine. I couldn't find a source to fill it up.

Room was exactly as pictured! I loved the room. The spa tub was a welcome site! Bathrobes were included as well. Staff was very friendly! We did not have the included breakfast,so I can't comment on that. Property of course is older. We stayed in the inn.nice porches on the outside.

There was a leak in the bathroom presumably from the toilet given the location of the puddle, but that should be a quick and easy fix. Pillows were a little light on the stuffing, but fortunately there were an abundance of them. Overall, can't really complain much.

The jacuzzi tub was by far the best we have ever used in a private room, and the views from the property were awesome as well. Customer service was excellent. The suite was virtually spotless. Excellent quality for an affordable rate.

The towels were quite old and had stains on them. Additionally, the top bedsheet was uncomfortable; the fabric seemed worn and old from frequent washing, giving it an unpleasant feel.

The hotel has a fantastic location, allowing for a convenient walk to downtown and easy access to various activities. The most captivating feature is the fabulous view of the Wisconsin River, visible right from my room. The reception was great, very nice and polite. The breakfast experience is exceptional, earning a solid 10/10. It offers a full breakfast meal with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, waffles, toast, fruits, and even cupcakes—everything one could desire for breakfast. The dining room is clean, and the beautiful morning views set the perfect tone for a great start to the day and any adventures ahead. The bed is sizable and comfortable, complementing the charm of the cute house. My husband and I particularly enjoyed the tub in our room, making it a great Valentine’s getaway for us!

We stayed in the Gardeners Suite that had a wonderful spa tub with a separate walk in shower for two. Even provided robes. Also had a private walk out terrace with patio furniture and a river view. Being directly across from the breakfast house was very convenient too. Room was very clean and comfortable. Came equipt with coffee maker, coffee, tea, wine glasses (opener) & ice bucket. Fridge & micro too. Enjoyed the hot breakfast with even more river views. Nice staff as well. Hope to be back!
