Stairway to get to room on 2nd floor was not in great shape, some of the stone steps felt loose. No breakfast offered due to covid. No pool available as seen in pos online, just a huge empty pool with a weathered out tarp thrown over itThe non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Restroom was terrible… shower curtain was moldy. toilet handle was broken and the door knob inside restroom was completely broken off. I called the front desk to let them know. The person answering the phone sounded annoyed and bothered by my call. Never again will I stay at a Red Roof Inn. They were a perfect location for what I needed but the run down motel needs major renovations. They can keep all the roaches that were an unwelcome part of the room stay.

We called for truck driver parking they assured me they had it. We arrive and there was no truck driver parking only car parking. This is why I called ahead. Don’t believe them when they say they do drivers it’s a lie. Go get a room at Super 8. Save yourself the trouble

Was given one room and it hadn’t been cleaned so they changed rooms that room wasn’t much better. No lock on the door The air conditioner didn’t work. They have no phone system to call the office. Non working appliances are just sitting out on the sidewalk. Cracked windows

I stayed for a week 20th - 25th of June. Checked in to no fridge or microwave and it stunk. I asked for these things and cleaned the room myself and got my own shower curtain as the one there was bad! I believe there may be mold in the unit I stayed in as my pet got very ill. The sheets got puke on them so I washed them and left them wet in the tub on check out, as they dont have laundry facilities.Later the same day, He refused me a room because of the wet sheets. Wouldnt they have to be washed anyway? Wet ir not?! Needlees to sayThe room was left cleaner than when I arrived. Hope the health department dont go check room 130 for mold. Check in desk smelled like weed, shower was gross so I showered like in college with flip flops on, the room smelled like soggy stale cigarettes, and the drain in the shower was so slow you had to take a quick shower or you’d be knee deep. Also the bed was super springy and it was loud due to traffic and whatever happens inside the walls (water heater, toilet flushing, etc). All of this was to be expected for the price I paid, though.

Roaches roaches and more roaches. Had to ask for another room after the first room had roaches coming out the pillows. Then almost ever door looked as if it had been kicked in and didn't have a good seal. Rooms was nasty nasty bessing wasn't clean and had stains all over them. Semen stains on the headboard with blood stains on a dirty floor. Worst hotel I've ever seen in my life.
