Toilet ran constantly . Half the lights in the room didn’t work. Dispensers in the shower were empty. Noisy young men two doors down. Missing battery cover to remote to television. Needs some updates and repair.

The Inn was at a great location, the view of the Red Rocks was spectacular! The Inn served our needs well! I would stay there again!

There is no insulation. We could hear everything in other rooms like conversations, shower, someone walking upstairs with heels all night, toilets flushing, motorcycles outside, objects being dropped on the floor upstairs and more. No pool or hot tub.

The viewing deck and Colt Grill. Room was clean and comfortable and noisy. Could not get restful sleep.

Would like a kettle or a way to access boiling hot water in the room. It is useful to have a coffee machine but not if you don't drink coffee.

We arrived at night and woke up to the amazing view. The room was a good size room for our family. We appreciated having good storage spaces as well as counter space. The fridge had a small freezer which was good to keep out ice packs cold for our cool box. The hotel was in am excellent location within easy reach of Sedona. Lots of amenities nearby.

I wish they would have fresh coffee made in the lobby before 8:00am. We left at 7:30 am and didn’t have any coffee other than the one small cup made in the room.

The room was clean and smelled nice. The location was great. I liked the upstairs, outside viewing area. It was nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

Spa tub spigot selector didn’t work and had to use hand held wand to fill tub, one of the lights didn’t work (bed reading lamp) and no one was in the office after 8:00AM as posted on office door.

Sheets and towels were ok, not overly soft. Sink was missing stopper. Shower looked newer but was installed backwards so it leaked between the doors. One vanity mirror bulb was out and had to request another. Could hear people next door.

Breakfast was not included. The room was clean. The room had a gas fireplace, which we enjoyed. Great view of Bell rock out the windows of the room. The area felt safe and could walk to several restaurant. Avoided the backed up traffic staying here rather than Sedona.

The room that we were in had people and children talking loudly and laughing outside the room, while we were trying to sleep.

The drive into downtown Sedona was made longer by the traffic heading there (not 10 minutes but 30 minutes). Sadly, being on the first floor meant the people above us could be clearly heard throughout the night. Jumping into the floor and running to the bathroom (?) every 90 minutes throughout the night was disturbing, to say the least. Also, no room service during the 4 night stay left us with much dirt from hiking shoes and generally a need to sweep. This post-COVID practice is a sad one.

Location was great to walk to great hiking trails and great restaurants. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Maude coffee every morning was plentiful and a delicious way to start the day.

No breakfast. Also, they weren't very helpful when I asked about taxi services (told me no taxis exist when they in fact do, found a few by myself).

I stayed here before and loved the location - very close to hiking trails! The room was big and comfortable.

The whole room smell, like bleach, and the bathroom. Look like one from a hospital. Not very welcoming.
