You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe one bedroom was so small that the bed was only accessible from one side. My wife and I both get up during the night and would have to climb over each other to get out of bed. We had to sleep in the Murphy bed. I usually get up first, have coffee and read; this I could not due without disturbing my wife since we had to sleep in the living room. Had I known about the bedroom, I would have looked elsewhere for a place to stay. Also, the T.V. had only Netflix and Hulu, no ABC, NBC etc. Also, I thought is was unusual to charge a $98.00 cleaning fee and then tell me I had to take out the trash.
The fire place was nice, and the unit is centrally located to all the features associated with Rt. 66 & Williams, the Grand Canyon and other attractions in the area. The patio in the back was very nice.

United States of AmericaHonestly, the only minor thing was that there was a lack of sugar for our coffee. But that was no big deal, and there's even a coffee shop right across the street!
The owner was very communicative, had the unit ready earlier than our check-in time, and had lots of good ideas in an easy-to-use book. They also labeled many of the amenities so we would know just how to use them. Very useful!

Location of property was on Route 66 where are the excitement happens. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

United States of AmericaThe studio is on a great location- approximately one hour from South rim of the Grand Canyon and nearby restaurants, shops on the cute little town of Williams. Kim (owner) was an exceptional host, she answered questions promptly and was in communication to assure we had an wonderful stay.

Location is amazing. Right in the heart of everything. The place is a very short walk to anything in town, and the town is only about 60 miles from several major Arizona attractions.

United States of AmericaI liked everything except no cable TV & I was told when I went to have a cigarette outside, I had to go to a dark ally with no lights, when there was an outdoor courtyard I could have smoked. It was cold out, so no one had there windows open. Also, when coming into the main entrance ( 100 number door), there was no light to see the keypad to put the code in. I had to use my lighter to see the door code.
I loved the cozy ambiance of the LIVING ROOM/ & fireplace. The kitchen was darling also. If the few things that I brought attention to are taken care of, it would be perfect. Thank you so much Kim.

United States of AmericaThe TV was a challenge. We could only figure out how to get to Netflix. I could live with that. One interesting note is we found no hooks to hang up clothes. For us really not a problem. A business client might not like it.
Close to downtown. Clean. Cozy. Felt safe . Easy to get hold of landlord if you needed to.
