The breakfast was very poor. Basically dry cereal w. milk and mini-muffins. Coffee was very good though!

The room was quiet and decently priced. Not updated, but clean enough. Fine for an overnight stay.

The room wasn't set up for comfort. You couldn't relax in the bed while you watched TV and could barely see it while sitting on the sofa.

The carpets were dirty, my kids pants were brown after crawling on the floors and the room smelled a bit musty, otherwise clean sheets, plenty of towels.

I didn’t like the attitude of front desk staff, his shift started at 3pm on nov 10th, when I was checking in. He said as a joke that the room is $1000 something. Then proceed to ask me where is my husband?! Because i was alone with 2 kids. This made me so uncomfortable, I didn’t even sleep at night bc i was travelling alone. I’m not sure why he cares so much if i was single or where is my husband, when he was wearing a wedding band. Very unprofessional.

I liked that it was very close to Busch Gardens, 10 min drive.

I arrived a little early and was sent away for an hour even though the room was ready. The air conditioner didn't work at all. I didn't even check the breakfast because of all the bad reviews. All in all it was a place to lay my head for the night. Nothing special.

They do not have much at all to offer for breakfast. That is our biggest complaint.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always love the location. You can park right outside your door so unloading luggage is very easy. We are able to walk to Colonial Williamsburg which is nice. The pool is wonderful and the staff are always helpful.

Bathtub drain was slow so shower water was filling tub. I don’t like to stand in shower water. desk chair was shabby. The covering on the seat was peeling. It was too low to use comfortably. New locks had been installed, but then they didn’t paint the area where the old lock had been.

Breakfast was adequate. We had cereal and juice. The manager and front desk receptionist were very helpful. Room was clean. Swimming pool was very nice.

I think they are understaffed and have trouble finding experienced workers bc the manager was argumentative and defensive when I asked why they changed my room-type without asking me. The description was a king sized bed and pull out couch. Once we were finally changed to the room we paid for, we realized that the bed in the pull out couch only can be pulled out half way, so we had to move the furniture in the room to be able to use that bed. We alerted the manager and he acted surprised and said that "someone must have rearranged the room without him knowing and he would talk to his staff about it after we left." (weird). Also there were no linens for the pullout bed - it took the manager 2 hours to get some to us. There was no continental breakfast - just packaged store bought crappy pastries and dry cereal. If I had paid more for the room or had the desire to cause waves I would have complained.

Location was ideal. Pool was clean. The girl who worked the front desk was exceptional with customer service.
