Some furnishings could have been better maintained, like updating cabinet finishings and painting walls. Experience with staff was mixed with some being friendly and others seeming annoyed with guests.

Exceptional value with a large 2 bedroom unit with a kitchenette and living room. Everything felt very clean with easy access to area attractions and restaurants.

I didn’t like that our fire place inside our suite didn’t work and our room was supposed to have two stove top burners but it didn’t.

I loved the accommodations. I liked the pool and spa area and the location of the property was closed to a lot of attractions.

We stayed last year at this resort and our room was exceptional. This year was not near as nice. I guess we lucked up last year and got a renovated room this year our room was old and gloomy. I wanted to stay here because of how nice our room was has I known it would looked like it did I wouldn’t have booked here. Also tub was dirty and it was a sunflower seed on a chair …just not sure how clean it was honestly. Made me and the kids a little grossed out. Again was disappointed in the room for sure compared to last years stay. Not sure we will book again.

This was the first time I had stayed at The Vacation Club. The property and grounds were nice. Everything exceeded my expectations. We'll definitely return.

Full kitchen availability would be a great added bonus so that we don't have to eat out every meal. The check in process was a bit tedious, especially since we have stayed here before.

I like the double ensuite setup of the rooms. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space in the suites to feel settled. The kitchenette was clean and on site laundry is a bonus.

Big 1300 suite that felt like home. Clean!! Close to everything. Great amenities but did not get to use most of them.

We didn't have enough blankets. The king bed was also very firm. There were also some cleanliness concerns - there was hair in the tub, the shower looked very old and stained, and there were cigarettes on the porch.

Nicely kept grounds, friendly staff, and lots of activities. The size of the villa was amazing for the price!

The staff was supposed to put me and my daughter in the same building because I requested it days in advance before we checked in and when we got there we were not in the same building I was upset about that because we were celebrating two birthdays on the same day and we had to drive back and forth to each other's building that was inconvenient for us and yes they did offer to put us together in another building but we had already got settled in and we were tired my daughter and her family drove 5 hours from NC so we just decided to stay where we were I felt like it should have been done from the beginning like I had asked them to do but we had to adjust so we could celebrate two birthdays

The floors and carpets were very old and didn't look as clean as expected. Received a weird call from the main office asking if my husband was in the room and mentioning some "complimentary meals" but they could give me more information because my husband was not present and they only offer that if both husband and wife can give them feedback. Weird! So single moms wouldn't have a chance or are not as welcomed??

Lots of space, comfortable rooms and excelent location. Love the idea they have a schedule with different activities for everyday of the week. I would love to try that in a longer stay next time.

Starting off with check-in, the lobby is so small and it was jammed packed and smelled strong of marijuana. It didn’t have that welcoming feel like the surrounding resorts. It took me 40-45 minutes to check-in. I did not like having to wait in a long line to check-in and then turn around and wait in a line at the concierge desk for a parking pass. I did not like that the remote in the bedroom batteries were dead and the front desk was no assistance, so I had to go out and buy my own batteries. The TV in the bedroom looks like a 24 inch Sanyo from the early 2000’s. It is soooo outdated. I did not like the pillows, they were so uncomfortable, and very tiny for that big bed. I did not like that the washer and dryer is in the hall connecting the rooms, luckily there was no one in the other room, so I did not have to share it. I turned the knob on the washer and it fell off in my hand because it was previously glued on, maintenance did come by and I guess glued it back on.

I loved the room! It was very nice, spacious and clean! I like that they had a vacuum in the room. I loved the jacuzzi tub, that was a first for me. The bathrooms are pretty, but it looks like they’re in the process of being renovated because of the white sinks and beige tubs, toilets and shower. The pool was pretty big, my kids loved it. I loved that fact that we were on the ground floor, no stairs! We had a good time staying here!
