Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Very Noisy. I requested 3 rooms near each other and one was in a different floor. Hazzah eatery was extremely disappointing. Not enough seating room in the dining area to accommodate all the guests. Too many bus people. Beds were not that comfortable

Just wish that the breakfast had some more options for hot breakfast items. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!
Location is excellent and close to historic Williamsburg! We had a great visit and experience at the resort! The breakfast was good for folks on the go. The beds were comfy!

It’s quit sits back like its own lil community we just happen to stay here for our return trip back home and after just staying one night to rest our heads we are planning on returning. 15 minute walk to historic sites which we were not able to do because we checked in to late. They have a nice outdoor pool and a nice lil pool for the little ones. Mini golf corn hole boards as well as air hockey. Breakfast was decent they offered assorted bagels and muffins as well as cereals yogurt and fresh cut up fruit. Some breakfast sandwiches and boiled eggs. Plenty of bottled orange and apple juice as well as milk. Also I did see that they offered gluten free sliced bread and had almond milk for those that need that. All in all I would totally recommend them. Like I said we are planning on returning soon.

Being on the first floor, I felt people could see into my room where the bed was. I had to get ready with the curtains closed, because I didn’t want people to see me in my bathrobe.
Location, cleanliness, location, size of room, location and the room is comfortable. I love that they have shampoo, conditioner, and body shower gel in the bathtub. It’s a nice bonus.

Pillows a bit lumpy and felt quite old fashioned to have a blanket/sheet combination rather than a comforter! Arrival and car parking was a little confusing in the dark - a little more light on what signs there were and better markings on the road surfaces would help this.
Great location, short walk (or easy shuttle bus) to sights. Clean and well appointed rooms, shower was hot with good pressure. Breakfast was great for me - hot sandwich and plenty of fruit. Bagels, toast and cereal also on offer.

Wifi didn't want to connect to my phone . The bed was a little too firm for me.
When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was very helpful. We were looking for a place to eat dinner and she made some suggestions and gave us some menus to help decide. We went to 2nd street bistro and it was delicious.

Room was a little dated.
Convenience to historic Williamsburg. Great room with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Liked that it had a bedroom and then a sitting room, so we could put the kids to bed and then stay up for a little.

The shower gel was out and by the time I realized it I’m already halfway through my shower to ask for it. I feel like it should be something pretty standard to check for when preparing rooms. The HVAC was also extremely loud even on low settings but not any louder than the average type of units.
Right next to the Colonial Williamsburg visitor center and historic area. Friendly staff who accommodated my request to not be on the first floor and offered to drive me to the train station when I was so close to missing my train, which I’m very grateful for.

The wi-fi was spotty, at best. There were two missed calls from my son. The outside lighting was almost non-existent. The entire area was very dark.
My suite was cozy and comfortable. The employees were very cordial. I did feel safe once inside.

Bug in room, concerned it was a bed bug. Spent time looking on internet to try to identify it. Unsettling during the night, fortunately did not wake up with bites. breakfast was in individual wrapped goods typical of economy hotels.
