The lobby and elevators are in a very bad shape and give a very outdated and worn-out impression. Think that some urgent renovations are required. The lobby is used a bit like an entertainment room, where you do not immediately get a very safe feeling. The breakfast buffet is average and could be extended with some additional items like cheese..

The rooms are just great: very spacious, a nice comfortable bed, a small salon and kitchenette facility; bathroom is rather small but convenient with a nice walk-in shower. It gives a cozy, warm atmosphere. Staff is attentive and friendly.

That I was only here for one night. Only actual complaints: the parking lot was very tight, despite driving a prius I felt some of the spots weren't worth squeezing into, and the shower wasn't great. Seriously though I'm nit picking, this is an excellent hotel.

I need to go back and check if I spent more than I usually do on this room because it was fantastic. Friendly, efficient service at check in. Huge room, comfortable bed, and above average exercise facilities. Free parking. The TV streaming system was excellent, I was easily able to connect my Netflix account and when I turned the TV on in the morning I was impressed to say a message saying "bon voyage!" and informing me that I was automatically signed out. Very cool!

The location was convenient but the surrounding area is a bit sketchy. Ubered everywhere except for a couple close restaurants … which were very good.

- The ongoing refurbishing work to the elevators were not very well indicated (eg sign of unavailability didn't match with the reality) - Think that the common hotel spaces like corridors and doors really need a refurbishment too, they're run down... - Breakfast service is understaffed

Sheraton Suites Wilmington offers a spacy and comfortable room and salon. The bed is of great quality to guarantee a good night rest. Very well situated in Wilmington's business center.

the housekeeping was not good bathrooms were not cleaned properly after stay we ask if they would only clean the bathroom and replenish the towels staff only half cleaned the bath tub not the toilet or sink or mop the floor and we tipped her only to find out after we came back to the room that nothing was done

I was told at check-in that coffee would be out and available in the lobby by 6 AM [ actually they said probably by 5:45-5:50 ] , but when I went downstairs right around 6 , I was told, sorry , it'll be between 6:30-7AM ... also the elevator to the parking garage being out of order is a hassle

I have never been to a hotel who charges you to park in the garage and I booked this place for a wedding and they didn't give me the wedding price which I booked about 3 months ahead and pool wasn't open.

It was an old building but recently renovated, nicely. The parking garage was awful. Very small with tiny parking spaces. The elevators also were old and having to get off one elevator (the garage) and get on another elevator to the rooms was a bit inconvenient.

The location was perfect for us to attend an event. Downtown and in walking distance to many restaurants, bars and parks

Only reason light downgrade of Facilities score was the fact that the lobby bar was closed. Other than that, everything was very good.

Didn't like that the rooms had slatted doors between the bedroom and Living room because there was no privacy between rooms. Doors should have been solid wood to be able to be completely closed so you have privacy between rooms.
