The sofa needed replacement. It was very tight getting into the garage.

I think everything was great! We were a little confused about beach service- I’m not sure it was mentioned in the description. But a quick trip down to talk to the attendant was all it took- so if that’s my only “complaint” I’d say it was a pretty darn good stay.

We loved our stay. The Condo was spacious and felt welcoming. It was clean. The bed was surprisingly comfy. The view was amazing. We were there to see our son who is a marine graduate. Condo was in a convenient location.

Everything was great! The TVs however were a bit difficult to operate due to the fact that there were seven different remotes in a basket in the den and we never were sure which one controlled which TV. All ok as we found a place to watch our college football game. We will certainly try and rent this unit again. Thanks, Pat and Paige.

We had a few light bulbs out and the microwave was inordinately complex to use. We had to unplug it and plug it back in a couple of times because It seemed like it was locked up and needed to be rebooted like a computer. No big deal though. We had great appliances including washer and dryer. This place was awesome!

PENTHOUSE SUITE!!! The view was the best! Our own parking spot denoted by room number and right by the elevators. All the amenities of home. 2 fridges. Great furniture on large balcony.

The location. There is nothing to do in Perdido Key if it rains and you cannot do a beach day. Well it rained 3 of the 4 days so this fact stuck out like a sore thumb. The only dine-in options were the sports bar and Mexican place. Both pizza places were carryout. One had dine-in area, but not the people to staff it, and its actual "open" hours differed from its listed hours; making ordering from it a crap shoot. No arcades or other tourist attractions close by or in walking distance. Only two gift shops that were often closed, luckily they were open on the day we left. It seems Perdido Key wants the tax revenue from the condos, but really don't want tourists. If I go to Pensacola again, I will choose another place closer to tourist attractions.

It was a nice clean condo, top floor, great view. Beach was nice and easy access. The local sports bar has good food so does the local Mexican place. Both local pizza places were good. Pool and jacuzzi area were easily accessible and clean. If you are a retiree wanting a quiet calm getaway or a family wanting to avoid spring breakers or more reveling beach goers, this is the place.

The condo was an excellent beach getaway. It is close enough to the water to hear the waves and experience the beach either just out the back door of the building or from the very private and comfortable balcony. It had everything that was needed and was very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo, more than what we expected .

I did not like the parking. We came in a large truck and were unable to park in the garage underneath. The ramp to drive up to the second level parking garage was very narrow and twisty and it was very difficult getting our vehicle up and down that. Parking was advertised for across the street but we could not figure out where we were supposed to park over there. There was a section roped off that had a sign stating it was the parking area, but again it was all roped off so there was no way to even get into that area to park. We were unsure if the entire parking lot on that side was for overflow parking or if it was just that one roped off section that had the sign posted.

I loved the view, it was amazing! The room was very nice and cozy. It was updated and had everything we needed for our stay plus more. I didn't want to leave!!
