The pipe under the sink was leaking every time you use the sink. No possibility to use the laptop plugged in unless you unplug a light. No charging station at the bed for the phone either.

We really don't have any complaints. Know that the hotel is not new, but it has been well maintained.

We arrived late and had a comfortable night in our clean, air conditioned room complete with coffee machine and mini fridge. The hotel is located along the St.Lawrence River which is stunning. Just one mile down the street is the main facility that offered us free breakfast. Visitors will be surprised by immaculate grounds with a beautiful pool and deck area on the river. It was really quite a pleasant surprise and had an old world but still updated feel. The price is right! Highly recommend and would be a fun place for a family reunion.

The beds were way to small for 2 adults. The air conditioning wasn't consistent.

Accessible shower was awkward. There was a handle to get in and out--although at the widest part of the tub. No handles inside the shower. Extra small microwave. Could not use our cellphone carrier. Too close to Canada. Made communication in the area difficult.

Quiet area. Free parking. Very easy to get to. Very scenic on the river. Nice Adirondack chairs and outside area. Discount offered for nearby restaurant.

Housekeeping didn’t look behind the mini refrigerator and there’re cooks on the floor. My second room had a weird smell in it, room 49 I believe.

The hotel looks really outdated and could use some renovations and update of the furnishings. There’s a thermostat that didn’t do anything (because they probably removed/disconnected the unit but didn’t bother to remove the thermostat) and not enough electric plugs are two signs of how old this hotel is and in need of renovations. Another obvious sign is the curtain, which have holes on it so people could actually peek inside especially at night when the lights are on. This is terrible as it invade our sense of privacy as guest and management need to be aware on this kind of things.

Good location, ample size of the room, wifi-works, comfortable beds, really nice and helpful staff, reasonably priced.

The check in office is 5 minutes away from the hotel and Booking.con did not let me know. I arrived in the middle of a snow day. Very disappointed.

We were courteously greeted and given a little breakfast goodie bag with juices and wrapped pastries at check in- which was a lovely gesture. The room was impeccably clean- there was a Keurig, refrigerator and microwave in the room.The lawn well manicured and the pool offset from the main lodge overlooking the St Lawrence a delight to use. There were plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax on as well.
