To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe only down fall i can come up with is the fish did not do there part, all under size to keep but other than that i really can't come up with anything. Over all if you're looking for a place to stay while you're in town I'd say you might at least want to check and see if they have any rooms available especially if you're looking for some where that's close to go fishing!
Location was spot on for us we were wanting to fish and being rite beside 2nd ave pier made it very easy only a couple of minutes and you were there fishing!

United States of AmericaI did not like the arguing happening next door but not fault of hotel. Also microwave was not cleaned and the dresser and nightstand had gunk on it as well because they were not cleaned.
I loved the location and the space of the rooms. The refrigerator was very clean.

United States of AmericaThe jacuzzi was the worst! It was full of dirt and hair. Wouldn’t get hot! The indoor pool was heated but wouldn’t get warm enough to enjoy. There’s an opening from the outdoor pool and the indoor pool. So if you go during cooler months the indoor pool is still freezing. The view wasn’t that great from the 2nd floor either! Couldn’t see anything for the palm trees. You can avoid that by staying on another floor though. The janky door was a bit frustrating too! Couldn’t open it first try, had to steady swipe card and wait for the click and pull up to open the door.. It was so hard getting into the room.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was my absolute FAVORITE thing about this place. It’s in walking distance from Starbucks, sky wheel, arcade, and everything else you could possibly need to keep you occupied.
