Just the incessant beeping from the refrigerator every few minutes

The location was amazing. There were some minor issues with appliances that were not resolved.

I did not stay at this condo my family did. I visited Christmas day and was concerned because the stairs to the condo are rotted and the hand railing on the right is falling off (clear safety issue). What I saw was things need to be replaced and dusted more, ceiling fans, air vents, blind over the door. I know my family had some issues but I can only report what I saw.

The condo was comfortable and cute.

Mattresses need replaced bad were terrible and very dirty. Dryer heated up but never dried our clothes.

The beds and pillows were really old and nasty. No extras at all like trash bags or paper towels, place smelled like old cigarette smoke. Refrigerator beeped every few minutes.

Toilet runs after every flush due to not right size rubber plug inside.. so u have to constantly fix. Queen size bed is so worn out it Squeaks with light movement, it’s very uncomfortable I didn’t sleep hardly any. The stairs are so old they are more of a hazard they have nails hanging out u can’t hold on to the railing. My mom is in her 60’s and got a cut on her finger first day. Wrong code for the door on paper work.. wrong day for trash pick up. A lot smaller then it looks- glad everyone that was supposed to come didn’t. If you are bigger then my size 10-12 or you have two people in the bed .. you should probably sleep on the floor it’ll be more comfortable.

About 5 min walk to beach . Overall could have been worse..but for roughly 700 for 3 days not worth it when u take in account below comments.

Some things didn't work the wifi quit so no TV for three days the beds were very wobbly and sagging in center the celing fan didn't work in living room the fridge beeped continously the door code givin on email was wrong had a small peice of paper stuck in door jamb with it on it grilling area could have at least a couple chairs around neibors very rowdy and loud parking spot had my truck 3 ft in the road way and toilet kept running

The beds and pillows were awful! There were stains on the comforter and on the sheets we had to pay $150 for. It is hard to enjoy your vacation when you are unable to sleep well. As other reviewers have mentioned, the refrigerator beeped incessantly! The place just needs quite a few minor repairs, but it is cheaper than most places in the area.

The property was just a few minutes walk to the beach in a nice neighborhood. It looks like they updated this unit within the last 5 years or so, but then upkeep stopped. It was very convenient for shopping and dining.

It WAS NASTY ! Nasty nasty… previous people’s times still in the apartment. Poop on the toilet . NOTHING HAD BEEN CLEANED. Then they send a shady looking man to clean .. HELL NO … I had already cleaned up most of it because I couldn’t afford to change places to stay .. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

The property was great, could use a few new stairs but overall the proximity to the beach, the strip, the amenities! It was great! The staff was so great and helpful with anything we needed.

The place was not clean and was extremely dirty. There were electrical issues and the power kept cutting out, bedroom TV didn't work, the beds were dirty, old dirty bedding and pillows, and blinds on door were broke and you could see right in. The floors were so dirty they turned my socks black. Needs updating and things replaced.

So many issues. When we first got down there at night the code provided to get in did not work. Had to go find a hotel for the night. Was able to get ahold of someone the next day and the code to get in got fixed. Once in the house there was still sand on the floor/ couch. The fridge kept beeping every few mins was very annoying. The bed was not comfortable at all. Purchased a linens package. That was not there had to get in contact with the company again. Ways dropped off in front of the door. Sheets had cigarette burn holes in them and the towels were super thin. The place was non smoking but the guest below would step out on there porch to smoke which would come up into our house. Overall it made staying there pretty miserable. Will not stay there again. Was not even given my money back for the first night.

this place was falling apart plus it had roaches the mattress were worn out the stairs were treated lumber and it was falling apart the hand rail was not even attached to the stairs

Everything from poor communication, there were roaches, huge hole in the bathroom from another villa they put us in since we requested to move. We left early due to such unlivable amenities and when we requested a refund, ownership for whatever reason refused..

Didn't like that there were roaches everywhere. I contacted them about it and was told someone from maintenance would come out but no one ever did the 4 days we were there. It was disgusting and disappointing.

Beds were thin and creaky and uncomfortable. The fridge wouldn't stop beeping loudly. Yes the door was closed all the way. Yes we checked.

They had a toaster, coffee maker, and toilet paper to my surprise, so that was good. The place was very clean.

Everything. I even took pictures of place when vacation station finally spoke to me the next day. I begged them to please come and just look at the place. It had not been cleaned since the last person/persons had stayed. Then the roaches toped it off. They refused

The breakfast was not included. The condo was nasty. The door key didn't work. Had to book a motel when we arrived that evening. Had to call booking.com several times. Then Mytrle beach vacation station wanted to give me another night instead of refund. Then to top it off the place was roach infested.

The only issue we had was finding the location. They also gave us the wrong pin code to get in and had our number sticking out the door.

We were literally by the beach. You can simply walk to the destination. I loved that. You are also so close to barefoot landing and the shops are so cute.

the condo wasn’t cleaned very well, didn’t match any of the photos, hardly any pots or pans, or any  silverware, the electricity flickered on and off constantly, the fan didn’t work in one of the bedrooms, the fridge leaked and beeped constantly, the beds hadn’t been cleaned underneath, when you picked up the comforter to put a sheet on their was all kinds of dirt on top of the bed protector, it was poorly cleaned. oh and last but not least good luck getting ahold of anyone.
