Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A vety poor breakfast. A small room and bathroom. The bathroom walls are semi transparent. All the serraunding streets are rather messy.
A nice place , clean and cheerful. Friendly staff. Modern builidg.

they have to maintain the outside of the facility clean up to 140th st since they have a party on evenings at restuarant

The bed could have been more comfortable. Everything else was great.
Very clean and super helpful staff, especially Joselei. She was very nice, made helpful recommendations, and made sure we had what we needed.

Only con would be the need for two toasters at the breakfast buffet. We were rudely cut for the toaster in the morning.

Our room was facing train tracks (got noisy at times) At breakfast there was so much plastic stuff and no recycle bins provided (people are happy to separate and recycle)
Reasonable price, close to subway Liked the idea of providing bottles and offering water top-up free of charge.

Was a Saturday night DJ night in the hotel restaurant and super loud. But food was great
Close to airport. Good brand name. Great staff. J Garcia receptionist was so heartfelt for travelers who had missed their flight.

Lobby restaurant had DJ playing very loud music during afternoon brunch and during dinner hour. Opted to order Uber Eats and eat in room because too loud for dinner conversation. Complimentary breakfast didn't offer any healthy options, no fresh fruit or higher fiber breakfast bars, for example.
Convenient location to attractions we were visiting - Arthur Ave and NYBG.

Eventhough booking prices were paid fully, I wasn’t expecting the $100 holding charge for damages. That holding charge would be returned if there was no damages after checkout. I did not have the extra funds on my card but staff still let me stay without having the $100 damage fee
I did not eat breakfast but when checking out, I saw display of food. It looked good.

The surrounding neighborhood seems a bit sketchy although it is actually safe. I was so glad that the subway station was very close.
The room was compact and designed very cleverly. The bed was very comfortable, the ac was working great. It even had a steam iron which was great. Housekeeping service was good. We had breakfast everyday, it was decent, with good coffee and toaster for the bagels.

Breakfast could have some cheese and fruits, IT wad not healthy but was OK. Rooms are very small, especially the bathroom. Be aware the location is in Bronx, as a woman i did not want to travel alone.
Breakfast was very simple, some packed bagels and cereals and jam. The location ist very close to a metro station to enter Manhattan. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

There was no microwaves in the room and an extremely small fridge that could fit maybe a few bottles of water. The rooms were very small as well. It was great for one night but if I had to stay more than one night I would go elsewhere

Location is terrible--in industrial part of Bronx. Not safe outside at night--plan accordingly. Take the paid parking.
Rooms are clean and fine. Beds comfy. Breakfast was ok, not many choices. Would have liked variety of bagels and fresh fruit. But they had oat milk as well as dairy milk, which was a plus. The staff is super nice!

Joselei was amazing! Friendly and super helpful! The room was nice and before our arrival we requested for top Floor room and that’s what we got. It had an amazing view! Subway stop is just around the corner, 20 min you are in Manhattan. There was a free refill water, and we really appreciate it. Good breakfast. Definitely a great hotel! 😊
