Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Cleaning staff could have done better with room bathroom needed to be swept and shower could have been a lot cleaner one of the sheets had a spot on them and there was someone else’s hair inside of a towel

The breakfast offerings were just okay. I arrived in the breakfast area around 7:15 a.m., only 45 minutes after the breakfast had opened, and yet because there was a large school group in the hotel, some items were completely gone and were not restocked by hotel staff. The lack of donuts or pastries was particularly unfortunate. I also wish there was a larger selection of soft drinks for sale in the Market, including ginger ale and/or root beer. Not everyone is a Coke/Sprite drinker.
The bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved how spacious the room was and having the chair/ottoman in the room. And I thought the giant teddy bears in the lobby were a wonderful and fun welcome to the hotel.

The staff was unfriendly to my family. I Felt that they were being a bit racist watched by the staff constantly and when asked for any extra towels for the pool they said we had more than 8 guest and we only had 7 for both double bedrooms that were paid for. Then our door was broken and we constantly had to go downstairs for the stay because we couldn't go inside. Finally a prepare man came and spoke no english at all and just walked away with my door open and broken. I had to leave my kids in the room once again and I had to go downstairs myself to front desk and tell them the problem once again.This was our last night there and they decided to switch our rooms after dealing with the lock issue for 2 days I.Will never visit this particular hotel ever again with my family.

The breakfast wasn't as good as expected and the dining area was much too congested during breakfast. The only juice available was apple juice, even though the juice machine was supposed to have multiple juice options.
I liked the hours that the pool was open and that there was a unisex bathroom in the pool area. I also thought the price of the stay was great for the value.

The only thing I would change is how slick the showers can get. I would put down grips so that people don't get nervous to slip.
Everything was fantastic! I love that the breakfast offered chicken and turkey sausage as I can't eat cow or pig and that the coffee machine was available 24 hours. The pool is open late for those who have long days and the location of the hotel is wonderful.

Breakfast was basic, but I guess it is the same everywhere in the US?
Great location: close to the airport and the Air&Space museum, restaurants at walking distance (LongHorn steakhouse nearby was great). Free shuttle service to the airport and museum. Modern, spacious, and clean room (King room). Affordable.

On this particular stay, a staff member came banging on the door while my husband and toddler were sleeping, accusing us of smoking in the room. This was pretty ridiculous, considering I had a baby in the room. In addition, we don't smoke, and I am a Wyndham rewards member and aware of the policies. Lastly, there are signs in the room that say no smoking 🚭. This was not a very pleasant encounter, to say the least.
I have stayed here plenty of times and always have a wonderful stay.

Pillows too puffy to sleep comfortably for side sleeper.
Included breakfast. Nice staff. Area was clean and seemed safe. Two queen instead of double beds. Price. Had pool & hot tub though we didn’t have an opportunity to use either this time. Near restaurants.

Front desk staff woman overwhelmed with her duties --a bulling patron meant that others had to wait a long time to check out. Observed this while waiting for shuttle. She had no help and could have used some. Staff was nice to allow me to change room as somewhat noisy neighbor through shared door (family noise, as one might expect) annoyed me a little.
