The bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

Bed could have been more comfortable. Key card was finicky and a couple of the lamps were broken in our room. Super strong smell of chlorine from the pool which could almost be smelled in the room we stayed in since it was close to the pool.

Great location, right beside the highway but very quiet. Room was spacious, pool was a nice temperature. Staff was courteous and friendly. Check in and check out was simple. Really enjoyed having 2 tvs in the king suite so I could watch one thing and my kids could watch something else.

The bathroom was clean but the fixtures were a worn i.e the shower controls were loose, the ring around shower control was detached from wall.

It's in a busy area (near airport and interstate? but this place is insulated beyond all belief. There is no airport or traffic noise in the hotel room whatsoever. Room and bathroom were very clean. Temperature was easy to maintian.

The bed in 325 needed to be replaced. The side closest to the bathroom had a deep dip. I told the staff at the desk and they said they would tell the appropriate person. You can't tell how bad it was till you lay on it.

The breakfast was the only no so great thing, but they did have several options. They were out of a lot of other items though (juices, yogurts, muffins) and what was there was not very tasty (scrambled eggs especially). On a scale of 1-10 for continental breakfast, it was only a 4 in my opinion, and I'm extremely non picky when it comes to food.

Everything was clean, staff was great and very helpful. The pool was clean. The beds were comfy, the room and bathroom was clean. Noise level was normal. I have no "complaints" at all.

Breakfast was marginal, compared to other national hotel chains we use. Bathtub had soil in it that made us think it might not drain well. We didn't use it.

Room was comfortable, and despite being close to an expressway, was quiet. Room was clean.

The old Viox Road address is still shown on the web and that caused some confusion in locating the hotel which now has an Atlas Road address. In addition, I was given a room with bathroom setup for a handicap - I am not handicapped. However, I did not realize this issue until I got settled into my room and, therefore, did not request a room change.

The breakfast included in my room rate offered a good selection of breakfast choices.

Probably,my only concern, was the bed feeling on the hard side. Again, thats us with our health issues.

The room was clean, which was my top concern, decor and lighting were nice. Having some health issues, the bed felt a little hard for my best comfort sleep. But we managed. We were close to front exit and pool, I wish I would have had a swim suit, I would have used it.

Very thin blanket on bed, no extras provided in closet. Pool and pool room were frigid. Breakfast sausages not fully cooked.

The front receptionist did not want to be bothered to talk with me. She was over all nice but could use work on making small talk. I was asking questions and she answered but did not smile and seemed annoyed by my checking in.

Bathtub had a slow drain. Pool room was cold and the pool water was not warm. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Breakfast began at 7, later than we eat breakfast. Also, appears to be a spot of blood on the bathroom trip above the door.

the hotel was clean and comfortable. The bedroom was impressive with it's high ceilings and pretty window treatments. The shower was fantastic.
